Ha sido una buena experiencia, desde el primer momento resolvieron mis dudas. Tenía un poco de nervios, al ser una operación y en el extranjero, pero el trato fue excelente, atentos en todo momento.

Highly Don’t Recommend — Do Not Go I strongly do not recommend Erdem Clinic. Please think very carefully before choosing this clinic or travelling to Turkey for dental treatment based on what you see on social media. After around three years, I started experiencing serious problems with my crowns. Some of the bars became broken, and one of my teeth actually broke in half. I flew back to the clinic because I was told that the repair would be done for free. That did not happen. They removed the crown and then told me I had to pay €600 or they would not do anything. At that point, I had no real choice but to pay. When I returned home, another part of the crown became loose. I then started looking for a dentist in Ireland who could help me. This was difficult because many dentists understandably don’t want to take responsibility for work carried out abroad. Eventually, I found a genuinely good and honest dentist who assessed the work. I was told that the material used was poor quality and that the teeth had not been properly prepared for the crowns. The loose part was temporarily cemented, but I was told that ultimately I would need to replace the crowns. I also contacted the clinic about the problems I was experiencing. I was told that someone from customer service would contact me and try to resolve the situation. That never really happened. The lady who eventually contacted me was not helpful. I was essentially told that the work had already been completed and there was nothing they could do. There was no meaningful attempt to help me, no compensation offered and no real solution. So if they tell you that customer service will contact you and resolve the issue, please don’t assume that means they are actually going to take responsibility and help you. In my experience, they didn’t. What makes this even more frustrating is the difference between what you see online and the reality. Everything on Instagram looks luxurious and professional — VIP transfers, fancy hotels, beautiful clinics, perfect smiles. But my experience was completely different. I have been to three different clinics in Turkey, and honestly, the reality was nothing like what is shown on social media. You are treated like a number, and once something goes wrong, getting proper aftercare becomes a completely different story. I know dental treatment in Ireland or Poland can cost more. But personally, I would rather pay more and know that I can actually access proper follow-up care if something goes wrong. For me, after only three years, I am now facing the cost and hassle of getting a completely new set of crowns. I will never go back to Turkey for dental treatment, and based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to do their research very carefully before choosing Erdem Clinic. Please don’t be influenced only by the beautiful Instagram pictures and VIP packages. Look into what happens when something goes wrong and how the clinic handles aftercare. For me, the experience has been extremely disappointing. Do not go there.
