Poor customer service - literally lost mony and got nothing

Placed an order for an instock product. The order didn't ship for over a week so I had to reach out and they told me the product was out of stock... but my order would ship when it was back. 2.5 weeks in, my order ships and was seized by customes, the tracking showed that UPS never received it. Once again, I had to reach out to find out what was happening. I was told they would reship the next week. A month in and still no indication of a reship, once again, no one is communicating with me, so I have to reach out. I'm informed that the product is on back order with no indication of when it will be in stock. So, I asked for a refund back to my method of payment... no can do. Only a Bank Transfer... I checked the transfer fee from my bank and asked them to cover the $6.75, which they did, but they did not cover the fee from their bank. End of day- poor communication, poor customer service, I lost money and got nothing in return. Never again. If Estaderma replys to this review with a different version of how it happened- we can add dishonest to the list.

I had usually good experiences ….

I have usually good experiences with estaderma, as some customers already know, is a bit difficult to make payments using the global transfer, Remitly etc, I wish to be able to pay with credit card direcrly but usually won’t work and / or using PayPal . Other than that, i have ordered items to canada and also delivered to Mèxico . Good service and great products

Bogus Product RUINED MY BEAUTY

This company sold a scam product that RUINED MY FACE, and will NOT dissolve for THREE YEARS NOW. They did absolutely nothing to resolve or help me. Sold me pdo threads but they are NOT PDO! I have been trying to remove them for three years doing everything I can and they are like a WIRE under my skin. It is in my nose, causing me daily pain and humiliation. I wanted to improve my appearance and I regret using this company every day of my life. I think it is some kind of PLASTIC they scammed me with! I bought a $500 RF machine to dissolve the threads and they just MELT and burn and harden again like a candle!!! I was beautiful and this was the biggest mistake I ever made. It ruined my skin and it is destroying my face. Just something as little as a thread you think it wouldn’t cause damage but oh my god it is SO DESTRUCTIVE. Do NOT MESS WITH THREADS AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You don’t know what you are buying!

Canceled without explanation or refund.

Purchased product during Fourth of July sale. Was given the total amount and wired that total amount. A week later I was advised through email that my entire order was canceled without any explanation and certainly without my money being returned. Doesn’t seem like a very good customer service experience at this point. This was my very first order!!

Since the wire transfer never reached our account, your order was automatically canceled after seven days in accordance with our standard payment policy for unpaid orders. After contacting us, you also confirmed by email that the transferred funds had been returned to your bank account, meaning there were no funds for us to refund. We remained in communication with you throughout the process, investigated the issue, and provided updated wire instructions should you wish to place a new order. We completely understand how frustrating an unsuccessful international wire transfer can be. However, the cancellation occurred because the payment never reached us, not because we withheld your order or any refund.
