Ik heb een auto DXB Dubai international airport Terminal 3 gehuurd. Voor twee weken. Het was makkelijk te vinden als je borden rentcar volgde. Toen we binnen kwamen kregen we we water aangeboden. Het was heel warm buiten. We waren meteen geholpen. De auto die ik gereserveerd was was niet beschikbaar zeggen ze. We kregen andere auto aangeboden. Veel beter en mooier. Het was ook nieuwe auto. We waren heel tevreden. Ophalen en terugbrengen gingen het snel. Van mij was positieve ervaring. Goed bezig mensen europcar dubai Terminal 3. Blijven zo doorgaan.

Hello from Nesret. Switzerland 🇨🇭. Today is the 8’th time for me to pick up the SUV Teramount from Europcar in DXB Aeroport. Like always also this time am very very satisfied with hospitality from Staff here in Terminal 3 and very lovely greatness going to Ms. NARGIS in main Officer in Dubai. Thanks a lot to all of you guys? You made my Holiday much better and happy.😃. Stay healthy and love to all of you.🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

I had an extremely disappointing…
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Europcar in Dubai. I rented a car and later received a parking fine. I did not simply ignore the issue — I took the proper steps to challenge the fine through the official Parkin system and tried to resolve the matter directly with Europcar. Unfortunately, instead of properly addressing my concerns and providing a transparent explanation or supporting evidence, Europcar’s response was extremely unhelpful. I was left feeling that my concerns were simply dismissed rather than investigated fairly. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I was willing to resolve the situation reasonably and provide all the necessary information. Unfortunately, the customer service I received did not reflect the standards I would expect from an international car rental company. My advice to anyone renting from Europcar in Dubai: keep every document, photograph everything, keep records of parking payments and communications, and carefully monitor your card after returning the vehicle. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Europcar, and based on my experience, I would personally think twice before renting from them again.

No customer service at all
No customer service at all, hired a car for a month and its summer 44 degrees AC did not work and was just blowing hot air. Called 5 times and waited hours nothing back until I told them to cancel the hire and collect the car. Soon as I said this they called straight away. I would not recommend.

Very bad please dont get car from them…
Very bad please dont get car from them, they will take money from you without any reason and if you ask money back they wont have an answer and they for no reason put fine charges on you and when you ask for proof they cant show
