excellent customer service

As a busy mom I don't have time for clinic visits, so the idea of an at-home device appealed to me. The Lumo⁺ fits into my evening routine without much hassle.

I paid premium-product money and apparently bought a sub-two-year product. I would strongly caution anyone considering an EvenSkyn Mirage to think about how long they expect a product costing hundreds of dollars to last. I purchased my Mirage in December 2024. Twenty months later, it is unusable because the rechargeable battery/remote will no longer charge. The mask itself is still in like-new condition. When I contacted EvenSkyn, they explained that rechargeable batteries naturally degrade over time and that my Mirage is outside its warranty. I understand that batteries degrade. What I do not accept is the idea that a premium product costing hundreds of dollars should effectively have a useful life of less than two years. When I spend this kind of money on a quality skincare device, I expect to own it for many years—ideally 10 or more—not replace it every couple of years. Even worse, EvenSkyn will not sell me a replacement battery/remote. Their solution is to offer me a discount on another device. Think about what that means as a consumer: I spent hundreds of dollars on a Mirage, used it normally for 20 months, and now I am being asked to spend more money with the same company to replace it because its battery failed. I have spent more than $1,000 with EvenSkyn on the Lumo, Venus and Mirage. I liked their products. But I will not continue buying expensive devices if a battery failure can render the entire product useless in less than two years. And frankly, I think we as consumers should expect more. When did it become acceptable for a product costing hundreds of dollars to be considered disposable after 20 months? If EvenSkyn knows that rechargeable batteries naturally degrade, then the battery should be replaceable. Instead, the customer is left with an expensive, perfectly good mask that cannot be used—and is encouraged to purchase the next version. The Mirage may work. But a product isn't truly high quality if it doesn't last. Until EvenSkyn provides a reasonable way to keep these expensive devices functioning for years rather than expecting customers to replace them when the battery fails, I cannot recommend the Mirage.

I ordered an item from there website over 30 days ago. Never received the item, never received a tracker. Contacted the sales email, the customer service email no reply to any email I sent. They said they were using ups for delivery. Contact UPS no record of a delivery for me. I had to go via my bank to get my money back. Don’t order from them it’s a scam!

I like that this device only takes a few minutes to use. It’s quick and easy to include in my skincare routine. After a few weeks, my skin feels softer and looks more balanced.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
