Check-in/Check out was simple and easy. Rental was well appointed and in a nice location near downtown. Perfect for our travel needs. We will be returning for another visit in a few weeks.

This company is the worst to deal with
This company is the worst to deal with. My rental did not have working heat and the low temp for the night was 45 degrees. Evolve said will will give you a 200.00 credit on a 2600.00 stay. Evolve you should be ashamed of yourself. VRBO is just as guilty. I booked through VRBO and then all of the sudden Evolve shows up and that who the renter has to deal with. Never Again to the both of you!!!

Evolve is incredibly UNETHICAL
Evolve is incredibly UNETHICAL! We booked for the 4th of July 5 months ago. They canceled our reservation with no contact. They blatantly lied and said it was due to a natural disaster when canceling with VRBO. We now are unable to find anything for that week. They did it because they told the owner to get more money- We were told this by another management company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND RUN IF YOU SEE A RENTAL MANAGED BY THEM! (All in my opinion, of course).

Booked the same property that we have…
Booked the same property that we have booked for several summers only this time through Booking.com. Booking was made in April for Labor Day weekend and Evolve texted confirmation to my phone. Pulled up the app to show the pics today and learned my reservation was canceled on 8/3. Called Evolve who said I must’ve canceled it and now the property is rented and rented for a day or 2 longer than my reservation. We have families that are flying. No other properties available on that lake now and no refund visible in my account although Evolve says it was refunded. Evolve also says “not their fault.” When asked why I was texted a confirmation in April but not the cancellation in August I was told Booking.com was emailed. Terrible company and neither Barack or the escalator, Sue was any help. Very suspicious timing, unethical practices, and no resolution. Buyer beware. Book at your own risk.
