I signed up to the programme and paid…
I signed up to the programme and paid for an annual subscription... I turned this auto renewal off and never received a reminder about the subscription renewing, I removed my email from my account and then I recieve an invoice that £69.99 had been taken from my account. I emailed the same day this happened asking for a refund and 3 days later the company emails me refusing to give me this back. It said I could email back if I was unhappy with the decision and havent heard anything back since and they close over the weekend. I explained I was in a financial hardship as a result of this renewal coming out, I am short of money and have my bills still to pay and the company have just ignored and disregarded this. For a multi million pound, 'female' supporting business who are meant to be supportive of women. I am absolutely shocked and the customer support and service this company has shown. Renewal money for an annual subscription shouldnt be taken without a reminder being sent and I have no money left to be able to pay my bills. Shocking

One big con!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. What a disgusting company, out to rip people off. I signed up to the app, never thinking that it would auto renew, its a fitness app, not an insurance company!!! They clearly operate this way to trap people into paying for a 2nd year. Maybe if they offered a decent product people would willingly, happily and knowingly sign up for a 2nd year. No better than con artists.

How is EvolveYou getting such bad reviews? I love it, best exercise app ive ever had! I couldn't live without it now, and feeling stronger than I have in years.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing, used to be a good app, but the choice of trainers and programs has been reduced a lot, and all the workouts and programs are more or less the same (really no reasons why you should choose a program rather than another one, they will be all the same!). Customer service team quite useless, very disappointed with them. Luckily I could still pay last time with a discount, otherwise now the price is even higher to have much less!

Money-grabbing company with zero transparency
I am so disappointed with this company. I haven’t used the EvolveYou app for about 9 months now, yet I was just automatically hit with a massive charge for another full year. They did not send a single reminder email to warn me that the renewal was coming up—the very first notification I got was the receipt after they had already taken my money. I contacted customer service on the exact same day I was charged to explain that I hadn't been notified and don't use the app, but they flat-out refused to issue a refund, hiding behind their "small print." Under UK consumer law, companies are supposed to provide fair warning before a 12-month rollover, not just sneakily take funds. It feels like a total cash grab. Honestly, the app isn't even that good considering what you pay for it. Save your money and go elsewhere—once they have your card details, they will do everything they can to keep your money, even if you aren't using the service.
