Scammed refused to answer emails after…
Scammed refused to answer emails after months of promises that I would receive my goods. Ripping people off with no care. I lost £60 which doesn't sound much but it is when they do it constantly to others

If I could give no stars I would avoid!
If I could give no stars I would. Absolute con do not buy! Ordered a monogrammed agenda folder ended up nearly a month late with a notepad that is nothing like the photos. No apologies just asking me to keep it or pay to return ( internationally) for a refund. Which is clearly not my responsibility if they have sent the wrong item. This is clearly what they do to gain people’s money in hopes people won’t bother returning

I recently wrote a review about how this product did not work for me so I returned unopened bottles within the 90 day window...only to hear back from one dept that I must provide a tracking number to get credit. And then I got a review response from the Customer Svc that they realize not everyone has access to a tracking number. And that I should supply all info on the receipt from the company I used to ship. I have done that 3 times - and I have let them know 6 times that I do not have access to a tracking number. It's amazing to me that they could take my order under my name, ship my order under my name, bill my order under my name, but cannot give me credit for a return under my name. Who does business like that?

It’s a scam don’t buy anything from them. Took 3 weeks for my monologue diary to come and it was a cheap note book. Spent £30 on this. Can’t even get my money back.. the company ships from china, it’s not uk

I did not sign up for their…
I did not sign up for their subscription and am always very careful to read fine print. I, however, was just notified that my next order is coming. I will likely have to suck up the $80+ but, cancelling was like a scavenger hunt. Cancelling something I never signed up for!! AND, once you find the button to cancel, you have to hit it multiple times.
