I would like to give a 5+ STAR rating to our team at Eva Garland Consulting, EGC. Dr. Connie Vance, is our lead consultant on our UG3/UH3 grant and I gave her the title of "Fairy Grant Mother" because every night that we went to sleep on the west coast we would wake up and discover all the magical changes to the massive number of documents in the grant. I true Grant Wizard that came up with novel ideas and proposals. We would not have made today's deadline without her patience, intelligence, tenacity, and grant smarts. Her ingenuity along with our team at UGC, which included Dr. Ariana Eily, allowed us to prepare 4+ grants during our retainer. I sincerely endorse this team and the organization. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience working with Chelcie and the EGC team. Chelcie was instrumental in helping us develop and refine our recent ARPA-H Solution Summary submission. Beyond providing strategic guidance, she worked directly with us to improve the document itself—helping sharpen the narrative, strengthen alignment with ARPA-H priorities, improve clarity, and elevate the overall quality of the submission. Her contributions went well beyond comments and feedback; she was an active partner in helping us shape the final product. What I appreciated most was her ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on proposal development. She challenged assumptions when needed, helped us focus on the most compelling aspects of the opportunity, and consistently brought a reviewer-oriented perspective that strengthened the proposal. The final submission is materially stronger because of her involvement. The broader EGC team has also been professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the engagement. Ultimately, the outcome will be determined by ARPA-H, but regardless of the review results, I believe Chelcie added significant value and helped us submit a much stronger proposal than we would have otherwise. Please extend my thanks to the EGC team.

EGC is a fit for whatever level of support your company needs! As a small company, our needs are broad and our budget is tight. Working with EGC allows us to have an extremely knowledgeable team readily available to handle as much or as little as we require. PJ Donahue has guided us through some challenging tax situations, answering our questions, but more importantly, providing the advice we didn't know to ask about. The tax team handles the here and now, while looking to the future and positioning us to grow. Our accounting team has structured our financial system for government compliance but also will do whatever we need from checking an entry to helping develop our policies and procedures. Working with EGC has been a pleasure and given us a sense of security in our operations, while providing the flexibility we need.
