Exoticca fits me well
I have used Exoticca several times. They have many products to choose from to meet my schedule. I like their style that is flexible, enough free time to explore yourself, as well as local food since lunch and dinner are usually not included. I believe their prices are lower than other tour companies but I didn't make detailed study.

Peru, Iceland and this time to Morocco
This is my third tour I booked with Exoticca. Previous two has been great. The advertiaed price for this tour was reasonable for me. I got my travel credit applied on top of that. Booking was very convenient.

Great trustworthy agency
Great agents to book a trip. Nice hotels. Good itinerary, very good guides. Very well organized. Right price. Could be better if the groups are a big smaller.

Their customer service is the worse
Their customer service is the worse. When trips are purchased a quote is given based on the flight the customer selects, then later they make changes to later flights cheating the customer with days of trip. I been using Exoticca Travel for years and every year is getting worse. When calling their customer service, you can be on hold for couple hours and no one picks up, unable to communicate with any customer service representative.

I have Viking ancestry (Norse) and although I have lived for a time in Europe, done business, and just vacationed I had never been to Norway. It was time. We have done three trips with Ecoticca, Serengetti, Cost Rica and Morocco. I was thinking of renting a travel van but decided to check to see if Exoticca had a tour. Yes. A 13 day trip that met almost all my needs, so forget the rental, I have booked the Full Cirlce trip October 27 to November 8. Agent Emily was extremely helpful. Good work again Exottica
