Absolutely terrible courier service
I genuinely despise this courier company. Express One is, without exaggeration, one of the most consistently incompetent and unreliable services I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. For almost every single package I have ever had “delivered” by them, the first two supposed delivery attempts involve absolutely nothing. They don't call the intercom, they don't knock, they don't contact me—nothing. The package simply gets marked as “attempted delivery” anyway. Usually, they only bother making an actual attempt on the third day, and even that isn't guaranteed. On some occasions, I have eventually had to collect the package from a parcel locker or post office several days later because they couldn't even manage that. My most recent experience somehow managed to be even worse. The driver actually called through the intercom and entered the building. I then physically watched her from the top floor as she simply refused to walk up the stairs to deliver the package and left the building. She didn't even attempt to come upstairs. She then proceeded to ignore my calls for the rest of the day. Because of this completely pathetic excuse for a delivery service, I had to travel 3 kilometres to a post office and collect my package myself almost a week later. At this point, seeing “Express One” as the courier for a package genuinely ruins my day. I have absolutely no confidence that my package will actually be delivered, regardless of how many times their tracking system claims an “attempt” was made. If you have the option, avoid this company at all costs. Reroute your package to a nearby locker, choose a different courier, or do literally anything you can to avoid having Express One handle it. I would rather pay extra for another courier than deal with these people again. Absolutely atrocious company.

I have to say that in the last several months ExpressOne has seriously upped their game and are now absolutely dependable. I have to commend them for this turnaround because, honestly, I used to dread getting a package from ExpressOne. Well done!

Worst company ever created
Worst company ever created. Contacting the couriers about the delivery is useless because they are arrogant and impolite. I filed multiple reports about this company and their customer service, but apparently I just wasted my time.

Absolutely worst package company
Absolutely worst package company I have ever worked with. First of all, I didn't get any notification of the delivery of a package and suddenly I get the message of delivery failed. Then I scheduled a delivery the next day and it gives a time window of 2 hours in which it will be delivered and this guy does a delivery attempt ONE HOUR before that delivery window. Of course I was not at home then. Then I have to wait in line for 20 minutes to talk to a customer agent who tells me there is no solution anymore and I have to contact the original sender. No option to pick up the package in their office, no option to meet the driver, no option for a redelivery, no option to drop it off at a package station. Absolutely horrendous service, completely unprofessional and unreliable, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Még egy pizza kiszállítását sem bíznám az ExpressOne-ra
Ahogy már oly sokszor megtörtént: az ExpressOne elvesztette a csomagomat, vagy már nem találja a kézbesítést. 14 nap alatt az ExpressOne nem tudott egy kis csomagot Budapestről Debrecenbe szállítani. (amazon csomag) Az ExpressOne Európa legrosszabb kézbesítő cége. Nincs kommunikáció, teljesen megbízhatatlan. Csoda, hogy ez a cég még létezik. Mindig azt javaslom, hogy jogi lépéseket tegyen... de ha a csomag elveszett, nincs mit tenni. Még egy pizza kiszállítását sem bíznám az ExpressOne-ra...
