I'm so sorry I misjudged them.
I ordered several expensive and astonishing dresses from them. Then I read the reviews here and got scared that they are a scam. When I received the package, it is true that most dresses needed some corrections. The main issue was the website's size charts that needed a lot of reviewing. After I got them from the tailor these dresses are the most impressive ones I have ever had. Everyone likes them, everyone looks. I finally got the impression that ezpopsy was run by talented young designers that probably could not handle all the demand. I'm so sorry their website is now down and I wish they get back to business because they are truly unique!

Horrible customer service, Inaccurate size chart
I ordered and it came in a timely fashion. However, the product did not fit as it should and I wanted to return it. When I contacted customer service, I had a back and forth with them that spanned a couple of weeks. The rep told me right away she could give me a certain percentage back instead of getting back the return. We haggled this way for a while until she said she could not offer any more. At one point, I did get back the directions for a return, which she did not provide to me right away. It took my asking at least twice for it. She then sent me a canned response with tons of instructions on how to send back to China, although the warehouse I obtained the item from was in the U.S. I did not want to spend extra fees on the international shipping so I took the horrible deal she gave me. I waited the alloted time she said it would take to obtain my refund, but it did not appear in my account. Another email and a few days later it finally was deposited. The item I did receive did look like the pic and the quality was good, however the sizing chart is not accurate. Buyer beware, I do believe this company does not provide good customer service, at least in my experience. I'm never buying from them ever again. If I could give them a zero rating I would.

Don't buy anything on this website
Don't buy anything on this website. Although I know this company from China but I still wanted to give them a try. So, I bought a dress $100, it looks so nice, but the one I received completely different. I returned to them and it cost me about $50 for returning fee. So total I spent about $150. However, I haven't received any refund. I emailed them to ask but I do not hear anything from them.

You will not get the product shown...bait and switch!
Beware of positive reviews that might be fake. Read the negative reviews to see who you're dealing with. Avoid this ezpopsy shop at all cost. Bait and switch tactics. The dresses they show are very nice designer quality. What they ship is a completely different product that was cheaply made and not as shown.
