Took £59.99 after I cancelled my…
Took £59.99 after I cancelled my account!!! 😡 I contacted them via WhatsApp and was told that my account was cancelled, but that I needed to skip a month first. I couldn’t work out how to skip the month myself, so because I was worried I would be charged, I called customer services. I was specifically reassured that they would skip the month for me, that no money would be taken, and that my account was now cancelled. A month later, £59.99 has been taken from my bank account! 🙄 I did exactly what I was told and even contacted them beforehand to make sure this wouldn’t happen. I’m now trying to get my money back, and if this isn’t resolved, I’ll be taking the matter further, including contacting the Financial Ombudsman. Absolutely shocking customer service. 😡

Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost, shorts are just the same as you can get from places like shein or tiktok shop. They also scam you into a reoccurring monthly charge which you will not be made aware of in an obvious way. The clothing is noway worth the price there asking. Avoid Avoid Avoid

PLEASE STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Absolutely shocking experience. I purchased a few items from this company, only to discover that I had apparently been enrolled into a £59.99-per-month subscription without my permission or any notification. I have been unable to cancel the subscription and have been unable to speak to anyone from the company to resolve the issue. This is extremely concerning and, in my experience, completely unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to **think twice and check the terms and any recurring payments very carefully**. I certainly would not purchase from them again. Please be careful and don’t make the same mistake I did.

Scamming joke company
Scamming joke company. Never buy from them ever. They will take £60 from you then continue to do so even after cancellation. Number 1 company that needs to be shut down.
