Would be zero stars if I could… first…
Would be zero stars if I could… first ever order and last… I placed an order at the start of July, Evri delivered it to an unsafe place on the front of a busy street and the parcel went missing… I contacted Evri and face the future regarding this matter. Submitted proof of safe place and proof of the place it was left. Recovered my money through the bank then… face the future decide to challenge this matter… over £70 on 2 products and one mini tamravel item is a lot for someone to end up with nothing. I was reassured by the company I was okay to do this before they decided to challenge. I can’t begin to express how disappointing and frustrating this matter is!

Ordered some face cream and was pleasantly surprised that it was delivered very quickly. Also at a good price and the postage was reasonable. I cant comment on the customer service but so far im happy to buy from them again.

My product is defected
My product is defected i believe. There's tiny hard stone like pieces in the fluid. Ive probably left it too late to complain. I obviously opened it to use it and after trying on 3rd day I gave up as it scratched my face! And I had to fish the tiny pieces of white stuff off my face with a cotton bud!.... it was HELIOCARE AGE ACTIVD FLUID SUNSCREEN 50+
