Customer service is the worst I have…
Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with; the language they use is totally inappropriate. The program by itself DOES NOT work! And they do not tell you that you need to download Acrobat Reader. I asked for a refund, and they treated me like I was some kind of Idiot. I do not recommend downloading this program. No one needs to deal with sarcasm.

Useless without paid version of adobe acrobat
They should disclose that you must pay for adobe acrobat to make their manual usable. By itself it is not searchable so effectively useless. There customer service was responsive when I inquired about getting a refund but they threatened me with being in breach of contract and insisted that free version of adobe would work. It in fact does not, you can get free trial for 7 days but then it's like at least $20 a month. The files are so large that you must get the paid version of Acrobat so that you can use the software to be able to edit and create a searchable tab for the file. The file itself has no table of contents or any sort of headings, etc. If you already pay for adobe it might be ok but not worth paying just to use this file. I just bought a used chilton manual off ebay that is way more useful. Wish I wouldn't have wasted the money on dowload.

The manual is pretty much useless in it's current form.
Maybe some of their other manuals are different, but mine is total crap. There is no index, and worse, it isn't even searchable which makes it useless. Looks like a ton of stuff is missing. Like I'm going to wade through some 1100+ pages to find what I'm looking for.

Just a scam of a pathetic company
Very very poor service, well actually no service and just a scam site. 14th of June I paid for a manual. After a week, plenty of time considering they say 1-3 days to be completed. I have left 5-6 emails through all their email addresses and even tried to ring three times with not one response at all. Trying for a refund but, to no avail as I can’t even get a reply from this pathetic company. Don’t even bother people, there are better manuals from all their reviews I have now read. Amateurs

Most of the text is not searchable
Most of the text is not searchable. I wanted to replace a negative battery cable, my vehicle has 2 heavy gauge leads they go into a sealed harness, I bought the manual to see where they went so that I could replace it. Not in the manual at all, 13,000 pages of pictures and unsearchable text, no index. Save your money and buy from someone else!
