Fanttik Products & Servicing Experience Excellence!!!
I saw the Fanttik products at Costco and over a few months I bought the hand vacuum, laser level and the S1 Apex Screwdriver bundle. All three products have been fantastic to work with. Use the hand vacuum several times a week to keep my car spotless, used the laser level to help my son renovate 2 rooms in his home. Both worked flawlessly and still do. The screwdriver is probably my most used and favorite Fanttik tool. Unfortunately, the LED light on the screwdriver stopped working after several months which wasn’t deadly but I really valued the light when screwing things in and out. I reached out to Fanttik Customer Service via email and they were extremely responsive (within 30 hours over a weekend on Monday morning). They asked me for a receipt image and a short video showing the LED light not working. Within 24 hours they provided me a tracking number for a replacement. Within 3 business days I received the replacement and it works perfectly!!! I can not say enough good things about the Fanttik Customer Service experience and that they honored their warranty completely… Fanttik is a great company all the way around and I highly recommend them for the fast communications and fully honoring what they say… AAA+++!!!

I ordered Fanttik E2 Ultra Mini…
I ordered Fanttik E2 Ultra Mini Electric Screwdriver and driver was useless. I contacted Fanttik customer service and they said they would not support the defective part because it was bought through eBay. I was told to contact the sellar Fanttik-0.??? After contacting the sellar I was told a replacement part would be shipped out. That was a month and a half ago. I have been lied to 6 times over this period and still have not recieved my defective replacement part!!! This is shaping up to be a scam to get rid of devective parts. Why would the manufacter not support their product and why is there even a Fanttik-0 sellar that is not affiliated to Fanttik?????? I have all of the email / text correspondense to back this up if anyone wants to see it. Stay far away from Fanttik.
