I purchased an online manual from heydownloads.com and it wouldn't print. I emailed them explaining what had happened, They replied promptly with a link to a version of the manual that printed out perfectly. The manual is of excellant quality. You can't bear good cutomer service.

Paid online for a manual, the download link didn't work after a few days. I emailed them and they promptly got back to me and sent me another download link. Great response.

Excellent customer service. Responses were immediate which is a bit unusual these days and they fixed the problem I was having with downloading the manual. The manual was exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. This was for an obsolete piece of equipment. Really glad they had it. Crystal clear like new copy. Will definitely use them again. The minute I paid via PayPal the download for the manual was emailed to me. No wait time which was great because I needed it right then.
