This is the second review I write about my experience. As stated by other be very careful ordering anything from them. Unless you have your sizing down, all their sizing information is completely wrong for their items and their descriptions too. Their return exchange policy is a joke and even after reaching out and hoping for a solution. Their costumer service is horrible and all they say is oh well just sell it at poshmark. For the prices they charge you would think they would offer better solutions.. Never again. Save your money and the headache.

So I wanted to exchange an item for different size. The item wasn't available at the time of my return, so i had to order the larger size. Luckily the size i wanted was available after the return and customer service at Farm Rio went out of their way to mail me the item before it sold out! I'm so Thankful they took care of my issue! I highly recommend shopping with them:)

I often order Farm Rio items on sale or final sale and it is always a risk. As others have stated, their sizing is extremely unreliable. Another issue is their website descriptions. They are frequently incomplete, incorrect, or missing. I contacted customer service twice after my last two orders were not described properly. The first representative (first order) told me it was final sale and to list on Poshmark. The second representative (after receiving the second incorrectly described order) submitted returns for both orders in the form of store credit. They acknowledged the inconsistent sizing and website descriptions and said they would forward feedback to the proper teams. Whether issues improve in the future remains to be seen. All in all, Farm Rio has great bold tropical prints and that’s why I keep ordering. Proceed at your own risk.

I placed an order during their sale and…
I placed an order during their sale and I saw that only exchanges were allowed, which i said fine. I checked my measurements and checked their sizing information, I ordered 4 items all XL. I made sure to check the sizing many times just had a baby and I've been gaining a good amount of weight. When I got my oder not only did they arrived I'm poor state, some had loose threads, others stains and overall it was bad. The dresses all of them did not fit, none of them the sizing was accurate.2 of them where super and I mean super small and one was so big I had a foot of fabric dragging. I noticed this is the biggest size they have and 2 of the items would not work regardless, I contacted costumer service and got nothing but attitude and the same copy paste awnser from the rep, their last reply being that I could just sell them at poshmark. After my last reply they didn't even reply anymore and closed my inquiry, I know since I got a survey rating my email. How can a company give an answer like this? Do I have to keep a product that the measurements on the site said would fit me, but it's actually all wrong? It's not because it's a final promotion that you can treat the customer this bad. This is my first and last purchase with Farm Rio. Don't trust this brand and their sizing.
