Order still Processing and No response
I placed my order on August 9 because I need the item for a concert on September 5. The website stated that processing would take approximately 2–6 days, but my order is still showing as “processing” and has not even been prepared or shipped. I have already tried contacting Fashion Chingu for an update, but unfortunately I have not received a response. This is especially concerning because the estimated shipping time is another 7–15 days. If my order is not processed and shipped very soon, there is a real possibility that I will not receive it before my concert. I ordered early specifically to allow enough time for processing and delivery. At this point, I am simply asking Fashion Chingu to please respond to my messages and give me a clear and honest update about my order. If it cannot arrive before September 5, I would like to know now so I can make other arrangements. If the product arrives after September 5, I will no longer need it and I intend to return it. In that case, I will be requesting a full refund of my purchase. I will gladly update this review if the company responds and resolves the issue.

Official merch of BTS / Jersey
I've ordered an original Jersey of a member of BTS which had the tag "official merch " in the shop. The quality is worth its money. The print is beautiful and looks like the pictures in Shop. Customer service contacted me because of in issue even before the item arrived. So there wasn't any confusion about the packaging. In my case, the packaging went wrong, but customer service informed me beforehand. The delivery time was okay for an item which has to be shipped across the globe.

It’s not worth it
I feel like giving them one star is a lot and It’s not even worth it. They said if you have inquiries about your order email or leave a voicemail they will reach out within 24 hours that one is BS. Not recommended.
