Steer clear of this company, shockingly bad customer service.
I was sent a promo code, which came at the perfect time as I’d just moved. I placed an order for a few bits and paid extra for next-day delivery, only for it to be cancelled out of nowhere the following day. When I messaged to find out what was going, I was told it had been cancelled by mistake. You’d think they’d just fix it, but that was only the start of the headache: First, they claimed they couldn't see any promo code on my order, even though I sent them proof. Then someone else promised to reorder everything for me. A week passed and absolute silence. When I chased them up yet again, they told me to just reorder it myself, except the promo code was now invalid. They offered to cover delivery, completely dodging the fact that the actual discount was gone. To top it off, when I asked to escalate it, I was told a resolution could take up to 8 weeks! All they had to do was sort their own error out, dispatch the original order at the agreed price, and call it a day. I would’ve happily carried on shopping with them, but after being passed around and given the runaround like this, I’ll be taking my money to better retailers who actually value their customers.
