No invitation to provide review
I expected to receive an invitation to leave a review for a provider - None arrived - Told I had to wait 30 days - So I waited - But nothing happened. Provided proof of having stayed at location, told I should be "patient", but again nothing has happened. Looks like the provider is blocking my attempt to leave a review - so what value do Feefo reviews have? Probably no value at all.

Beware, they can redact reviews before posting
I reviewed a product based on my experience, some of it very important for prospective buyers. Feefo decided to only partially publish it which seemed to be the star rating only and redacted all of the content. The reasoning they gave was I entered information in the wrong part of the form. Rather than correct it or ask for a revised review, they redacted it with no idication to anyone reading the review. As a result the review gave a significantly incomplete view of the product, and I feel is misleading especially with the "verified" tag. I now wonder if there were other cases of this which affected my chosing of the product. I have asked for immediate removal of my review.

Ah ah ah ah.... valutazione di sto Feefo 1 stella!!! Allora sono proprio in buona compagnia (purtroppo direi). Anche a me é arrivata la "mancata pubblicazione" della recensione STRANEGATIVA (non 1 ma -5 stelle per quanto riguarda Enjoy Travel, brooker di noleggio auto a dir poco discutibile ed al quale questi personaggi sono probabilmente legati da "business", francamente non riesco a pensare ad altro). Se scrivi buone recensioni immediatamente finiscono pubblicate altrimenti... PATETICI ED IPOCRITI!!! Mi domando come sta gentaglia continui imperterrita a richiedere recensioni per poi pubblicare SOLO quelle positive... e ne vanno anche fieri. A questo punto cosa c...o me le chiedi a fare se le negative non le pubblichi? STATE ALLA LARGA. Ps: recensione veritiera con tanto di numero di prenotazione auto su Enjoy Travel.

J'ai écrit un avis sur un appartement loué avec novasol avec beaucoup d'arguments pour étayer mon propos. Notre équipe de modération a rejeté votre commentaire pour la/les raison(s) suivante(s): Contenu non pertinent Nous ne pouvons pas affirmer que ce que vous avez écrit est tout à fait pertinent par rapport au produit ou au service que vous évaluez et il est possible que les lecteurs ne s'y retrouvent pas. Commentaires de concurrents ou de prix Des informations de prix spécifiques sont mentionnées ou des noms d’autres sociétés concurrentes. Ne vous inquiétez pas, cependant. Contactez notre équipe d'assistance à l'adresse [mail] pour obtenir de plus amples informations. Ils vous indiqueront également les modalités de publication de votre article. Nous avons le devoir, vis-à-vis de vous, d'autres personnes et de nos clients, de rendre les évaluations aussi précises et utiles que possible." J'ai envoyé un mail pour avoir le détail des propos controversés! Voilà pourquoi aucun avis sur cet appartement sur le site de novasol! Suite a mon mail, on la répondu que mon message avait été censuré par de l'IA.... Bref il a fini par être publié en intégralité avec force de persévérance.

Impossible to speak to a human, and the platform was useless
Impossible to speak to a human, all messages need to be done by voicemail or in certain circumstances by email, and are never answered. I was trying to leave a positive review on Autotrader, the Feefo platform told me I’d been sent an email to confirm my details, I tried this a number of times but never got an email. Extremely poor service, I’d advise you not to waste your time trying to leave reviews on this platform, and certainly not to try contacting them.
