Hide important product limitation and refused to full refund
I bought a Master Floor TV Stand V2 PRO from Fitueyes which was advertised with a portrait orientation function. However, when I attempted to use this feature with my Samsung TV, I discovered it was incompatible due to a requirement that the TV must have a central VESA mount. This limitation of the product is not prominently shown on the product page, NOT in the FAQ, NOT in the product specifications and NOT in the Your Point Of Concern sections. Instead Fitueyes hides this important restriction in the marketing graphics and under the section titled 'Optimised Visual Experience'. I subsequently returned the item and was refunded the product price. Fitueyes refused to reimburse my return shipping cost as suggested in their return policy claiming this is not a quality issue and it is my responsibility for getting this incompatible product. I'm deeply disappointed that Fitueyes failed to show clearly the product limitation and refused to take up responsibility of provide full refund including the return shipping cost as promised in their return policy.

Ich habe das Produkt zurückschicken wollen, da es mit dem Fernseher nicht kompatibel ist. Mein Widerrufsrecht habe ich, wie beschrieben, in Anspruch genommen. Drei Anrufe sowie mehrere E-Mails blieben bisher unbeantwortet. Die Rücksendemodalitäten sind nicht eindeutig. Offensichtlich kommt das Produkt aus China und in Deutschland befindet sich lediglich ein Lager.

Good product but unreliable customer service. Charged for item (Shelve) which was never delivered, chased twice still no shelve. Promised £10 credit as good will, never actioned by them. Buy elsewhere

Excellent product, even better customer service
Ordered the ZEN FT88 Floor TV Stand & ZEN/Cantor Soundbar Bracket. Autofill on the laptop added an incorrect post code. When I realised, I contacted Fitueyes by email & got an immediate response from Will in their support team. He was always alert to my emails & responded nearly instantly each time; it took a while for the two couriers to redirect the items but Will was attentive, sympathetic & reassuring throughout. The two items arrived in perfect condition, were reasonably simple to assemble & look great. Thank you Fitueyes & especially Will in support - well done!

Great product at the price point. Sturdy, with exceptional engineering features. Purchased the Eiffel V2 FT100 Stand - very pleased with the particular care in design of the wheels. Materials are friendly for all floor surfaces and will last forever! Great lock feature to secure the stand in place. Customer service is where this company really strikes a BIG WIN! They are exceptionally prompt in responses, they know what they are talking about - AND YOU GET YO SOEAK TO A PERSON! Kola was the representative that helped me out! Great experience across the board! Would seek assistance from this staff member with everything.
