Mein Account wurde vom System automatisch gesperrt. Ich hatte fünf Mal die gleiche Nachricht an verschiedene Anbieter zu einer Projektanfrage gesendet. Das wurde als Spam bewertet. Vom Support kommen nur KI-generierte Nachrichten, die nicht auf die Account-Sperrung eingehen. Fazit: Zeitververschwendung

Permabanned after editing a Gig
I was a seller on Fiverr for six years offering Video Game Playtesting for Demos, where $5 got you a 90 minute video of me playing the demo, giving feedback, reporting bugs, grammatical errors etc... With the option for me to Stream it on Twitch to advertise the full release. A lot of Clients asked me to add a Steam Review and so I edited the listing, adding it as an option from Fiverr's own multiple choice options, and a few hours after doing that I was immediately permabanned for "fake reviews". All my Gigs received 5 Star Reviews, I often had repeat customers and I often received tips for a job well done. Never once had a complaint or a case opened up against me. Yet Gigs offering AI Porn and Deepfakes are allowed to roam free?! Do not recommend. I'll be advising everyone I suggested Fiverr to, to delete their accounts and move their business elsewhere.

This Freelancer Wouldn't Fix His Mistake
I hired a freelancer to help me begin building a website. I wanted him to view my screen and teach me how to do this since I learn by doing. Instead, he wanted access to the site, and I made a big mistake in giving it to him. When he was finished zipping around, and the consultation ended, I discovered that I no longer had WordPress Admin. I had lost the ability to build the site within Hostinger, anyway. Instead of restoring me as Admin within my own website, he rambled on and on about things I had no complaint about. It finally occurred to me that he just didn't have a clue how to fix the problem. The Fiverr chat bot finally said that I would receive an email from a support person. Never happened, so clearly a freelancer on Fiverr can get away with anything and the client is SOL.

Scammers. Just paid for verification which was £4 which is fair enough. Spent 2 hours making the best advert and the second I published it it got taken down and no reason has been given. The button to contact customer support doesn't actually work so I've not no way of disputing this or getting a refund.

Unfair permanent ban after 7 years of service – Zero transparency.
I have been a dedicated Fiverr seller for 7 years with over 1,500 successful orders and a perfect track record. Recently, my account was permanently restricted due to 'irregular activity.' The issue was a simple browser-sync technical error, which my client (Wim van der Kuijl) verified and confirmed in writing to Fiverr support. Despite this proof, Fiverr’s Trust & Safety team refused to consider the evidence or provide any specific policy clause that I supposedly violated. They rely on vague, automated responses and refuse to hold a human conversation. Furthermore, there is an outstanding $5,000 Cash Advance balance. I have explicitly offered to clear this entire debt by working and allowing 100% of my earnings to be automatically deducted until the balance is zero. Fiverr has rejected this practical, debt-clearing solution and instead chosen to permanently close the account, leaving the debt unresolved. Fiverr’s lack of transparency, refusal to acknowledge verified technical errors, and disregard for a long-term loyal seller’s professional reputation is deeply disappointing. I warn other freelancers: do not rely solely on this platform for your career, as your livelihood can be wiped out instantly without any real justification or path for appeal.
