Have not been paid out in a month
I completed "The Originals" casino offer via Lootably on Freecash. I fulfilled all deposit and wagering requirements fully within the rules (no VPN, fully verified account, all transaction proofs submitted). My support ticket has been pending for over 30 business days without any real updates, and now support is just replying with generic automated templates telling me to check previous emails. The offer is now showing as expired on the platform, and I am worried my $42 reward is being ignored. I have submitted all blockchain/transaction proofs. Please escalate this ticket manually to ensure my completed offer is paid out.

Didn’t get any of my rewards and support was slow and unresponsive. I shouldn’t have to reach out for every single task separately and each one takes 3-4 months to get a response!

Do not interact with the company
Many people use this company as an intermediary for tasks on various sites. I took on various tasks on one of the sites, completed them, and did not receive a reward. I emailed them and provided all the screenshots of the task completion, to which I was told that they would contact the game developer to confirm the task. As you can imagine, almost a month has passed, and they remain silent when I ask when the payment will be made, they simply send a template response and there is no talk of a reward. As I see it, this is a widespread problem, and they continue to fill their pockets at the expense of ordinary people and give nothing in return. This is unfortunate.
