Arnaque FLEXWAYS/SIGMA CAR RENTALS CORFOU AIRPORT
Fuyez cette agence! Lors de la restitution de notre véhicule ce jour, nous avons été victimes d'une tentative de facturation abusive. L’agent a prétendu qu'il y avait un dommage sous la voiture et a exigé 550 € de frais, prélevés sur notre caution, alors que nous avions pourtant souscrit une assurance tous risques. Le dessous du véhicule n’avait fait l’objet d'aucune inspection lors de la remise des clés. L'agent n’a pu nous montrer aucune photo prise avant notre location pour prouver que le choc venait de nous. L’agent a catégoriquement refusé que j'ajoute la moindre réserve ou la mention « contestation » sur le document de restitution. Il nous a explicitement menacés: si nous signions le papier sans protester, la facture serait « réduite » à 550 € au lieu de la saisie totale de notre dépôt de garantie. Nous avons refusé de signer et engagé une procédure de litige auprès de notre plateforme de réservation et de notre assurance. Un signalement strictement identique a été partagé sur Facebook le 4 mai dernier par un autre voyageur.

The Flexways experience..!!
The Flexways experience..!! The car provided to me, FIAT 500 which was my choice booking, although five years old and 42k miles on it, gave me good and efficient service. I enjoyed it's ride and fuel efficiency. The only thing which surprised me about Flexways is regarding the rental contract, on which my electronic signatures were obtained, but a copy ( either electronic or hard) of the same was never provided to me at the time of pick up of car. The rental contract was only provided on email after seven days when I requested for extension of contract for another 5 days. At the end of the contract when I came in to return the car I had a few surprises with regards to the interpretation of key contract clauses which to me were quite clear but to the management of Flexways they read it differently. It was regarding the daily rate of the car which was clearly written 9£ / day for 13 days but my advance payment was not catered for in the contract nor any mention that the contract is for the extension of 5 days w.r.t the initial contract. It took me two hours to make the final payment for 5 additional days for which the management was wanting me to pay for the entire 13 days. I hope that these issues should not occur in future or with other customers which to me is the entire mistake of the company which executes the contract with the client/ customer. I am giving this honest feedback so that such hiccups should be avoided and pick up and return of cars could be made easy, smooth and a rewarding experience at the start or end of the journey. Thank you

Car was good .
Car was good .. booked through economy bookings paid for all cover that you can .. when I came to get the car. Had to pay another 203 pounds, I was told my Full cover with economy bookings was a third party company and so I needed to pay. There were 4 small different car hire places in the one office all a bit strange and doesn’t seem like you can book direct with Flex ways

I’m telling you from experience don’t…
I’m telling you from experience don’t ever rent from these people I returned a car early and I got charged for it. I never heard of this before they charge you extra fees for no reason so if you book through Priceline or any company they make you pay extra fees. I do not recommend it stick with renting your car directly from the airport a way better choice.
