Biggest scammer no help at all!
Biggest scammer no help at all!! My flights got delayed and delayed and delayed and then at the end of the night flight got cancelled and the when tried to contact them a person named Nishi Agarwal +91 9932861111 phone is always switched off since a week and also tried to contact SpiceJet and contact nodal officer and also login and call the customer care who put you on hold for 9 mins and disconnected abruptly! I will make sure I will file a case and make sure to put a very bad review for SpiceJet all my life and always

Unfair trade practices
There is no prior warning on there website that your booking is created as a part of group booking and hence your name confirmation with airline will take unusually long time. I am unable to add my infant as a part of my ticket. They have unfair trade practice when the airline is charging 2100 for infant addition flight mojo is charging 3560 which is significantly higher

Don't book through flight mojo
Don't book through flight mojo, even after the carrier (Spice jet) cancelled the fight, they refunded 50% amount only for the cancelled flight and 100% for the return flight. The reason they gave was flight is cancelled by the carrier and the return fight is flying as per schedule. If I had to cancel the one side journey how am I supposed to take return flight??? In similar situation GOIBIBO processed 100% return without any deduction.

⭐ 1 STAR — Extremely Disappointing Experience I booked my SpiceJet flight through FlightMojo. The flight was cancelled by SpiceJet, which was already a frustrating situation. What made the experience even worse was that FlightMojo charged me ₹1,000 as a “convenience fee” even though the cancellation was from the airline’s side and was completely beyond my control.

flightsmojo voided my ticket ON TRAVEL…
flightsmojo voided my ticket ON TRAVEL DAY due to their own error after I'd checked in & cleared immigration at Delhi T3. Told me the flight was "cancelled." It flew as scheduled. Deboarded, de-immigration stamp on my passport, flew 8 hrs late, ₹9,019 upgrade lost. Their offer? A discount code. Booking ID 2085863.
