Floridan 6D Massage Chair
I am extremely pleased with my Floridan Pioneer 6D massage chair and, just as importantly, with the outstanding customer service I received throughout the entire process! The delivery team truly went above and beyond. They called ahead of time to give me an ETA, arrived right on time, and were extremely professional and helpful. My chair was a tight fit getting into the room where I wanted it set up, but they didn’t give up. They carefully took the chair apart, removed the door to make sure the chair could fit through, and then replaced the door after getting everything into the room. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly and that my chair was exactly where I wanted it. I also want to give a special thank-you to Madison on the customer service team. She was absolutely wonderful! Anytime I had questions about my delivery, she was there to help. What impressed me most was that she didn’t just wait for me to reach out, she actually contacted me first to keep me updated throughout the process. That level of communication and personal attention made a huge difference and made me feel like I was truly valued as a customer. As for the Floridan Pioneer 6D massage chair, I absolutely love it! It is a beautiful, high-quality chair, and I am very happy with my purchase. From the excellent customer service to the delivery team that went above and beyond, my entire experience has been exceptional. I would definitely recommend Floridan to anyone looking for a quality massage chair and a company that truly cares about its customers. Thank you, Madison and the entire Floridan team, for making this such a great experience!

The Delivery guys were great
The Delivery guys were great. The overall process was frustrating. I am greatly appreciative of the discount that was applied due to my inconvenience but the chair that I received was different from the one I originally ordered First world problems the updated chair was equally as impressive but I was more familiar with the predecessor. I was definitely at the point of canceling my order but your team and the customer service rep were accommodating in providing the extra discount. However, near 11 weeks for delivery was deeply disappointing in addition to the delivery wait my other complaint is I wish the operating instructions, I wish they were a little more detailed or I wish there were YouTube videos that give additional details on how to operate the Auto programs. Unfortunately i am more of a visual learner I am unsure how to select the additional auto programs. For instance I’m not sure how to select the pre sleep or wake up auto program options. I’m not sure how to visually identify which auto program is which.

The delivery was ahead of schedule and the delivery men were great. They explained the features of the chair and the warranty. Very friendly. The chair is great. I will definitely recommend the Thundra.
