Hard to give a review for an item that…
Hard to give a review for an item that never arrived and with no response from customer service. I received a “your order has been dispatched” email but the Royal Mail tracker clearly says they’ve not received the parcel yet. Update: post seeing this review they’ve asked me to email yet again. When the last two emails haven’t been responded there is no reason for me to waste more time sending yet another email.

The back of the underwear does not sit…
The back of the underwear does not sit flush against the skin and tends to sag, which is particularly concerning for period underwear where secure coverage is essential to prevent leaks. Additionally, the front appears overly loose and wrinkled, as if there is excess fabric. Overall, I am disappointed, as the product looked great on the website. When I complained and showed the photos, I just got a return and not a free refund despite the fine print saying "9. The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer, unless the items are faulty or not as described." and the items not being as described. I also email them. They told me that they would check due to the issues and after a week they did not reply back despite me asking for an update. Very disappointing company.

Gusset to short
The seamless undies seem to be comfortable. However, the absorbent gusset does not extend far enough to the front, within 30mins of wearing them, I had a stain beyond the front edge of the gusset. Based on the stain, they need at least 2cm more protection.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service - do not respond therefore I cannot return my item for a refund (doesn’t not fit at all) as they have to ‘approve’ it. No phone number to call. Do not waste your time and money on this company. Update: the response below is not true - no email was received- I sent it last week - yesterday’s email was a follow up and I have had NO email response and I cannot call you as there is no number!!!
