I purchased a Cathedral Moissanite…
I purchased a Cathedral Moissanite… I purchased a Cathedral Moissanite Engagement Ring and wedding set with a 1.5 ct center stone from Forever Moissanite. The center stone cracked completely through during normal wear. I have attempted multiple times to contact the company regarding a warranty claim and have not received a response. I am requesting that the company review this issue and respond regarding warranty coverage, as this appears to be a structural failure rather than damage from misuse. The company website states that a response will occur within two business days. It has now been over three weeks. This ring looks bad on my wife's hand. I need to resolve this. I will update this review if the company resolves the issue. Update- it is now 5/5/2026 and still no response on my warranty issue. *****************Update- This was sent to me on 5/14/2026 and then 5/16 after I sent photos. I then responded the same day i was denied a claim on 5/16 with no response as of today 5/27. Enjoy the read here as I am told to pound dirt but we can offer you an up sale. This appears to be a common theme with Forever-Moissanite as I read other complaints. Dear Tim, I have read your review and understand that the center stone of your ring is cracked. I’ve shared them with our jewelers so they could review the issue carefully. Based on their assessment, the type of damage shown does not usually happen from normal wear. It appears more consistent with a strong impact or possibly rough polishing. For that reason, unfortunately, this would not fall under our standard warranty coverage. That said, we would still be happy to help you get the ring restored. We can set a new moissanite for you, and you would only be responsible for the cost of the stone and shipping. Alternatively, if you would like to upgrade the center stone to a lab-grown diamond, we can also prepare a quote for that option. I shipped the ring on 6/6/2026. I will update on repair time and quality once I receive the ring back. ----------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE 7/16/2026 I received the ring back. It looks great and was packaged proffesssionally. This was a lengthy process. My reccomendation with this organization is to keep pushing them for a response on warranty claims. They may deny it but if you do this they most likely will work with you to repair the item at what I believe to be their cost or at least close to it.

Love the products
The engagement ring is absolutely gorgeous. It is even more beautiful in person. We also love the matching wedding band we purchased. Overall, really love the products, and they have great customer service. The only thing I would say is to improve communication on delivery timelines. In our case, we also had an issue with Fed Ex being very late in delivering even once Forever Moissanite sent us the tracking information.
