Impossible de les joindre par mail depuis 1 semaines nous avons prit un hoodie et un sweatshirt en L avec mon copain et les tailles sont vraiment archi grande nous avons envoyé un message pour avoir un échange mais aucunes réponses. . . Numéro de commande: SF6047313801722 Demande: Hi i would like to reach you about my order: SF6047313801722 We took 2 customs, and we woud like to make a discussion about a size. The hoodie was bought with a L size but its really really big, would it be possible to send it back to you? Because it's really to big:') Since the sizes on the website wasn't good for us, will it be possible to send it back?? So for the Sweatshirt and the Hoodie we would like them both on M size please L >> M

I am very disappointed with my experience. The delivery took over three weeks, which is far too long. When my order finally arrived, it was incomplete. Important parts were missing, and I could not properly use the product. When I contacted customer service, they refused to give me a refund. Their excuse was that the items are “personalized products,” so they claim refunds are not possible. I find this very unfair, especially since the order was not complete in the first place. On top of that, the package only contained the parts thrown into a box without any instructions. There was no manual included, and I had to figure out how to assemble everything by myself. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. Long shipping time, incomplete order, no refund, and poor packaging. I would not recommend ordering from this website.

Am liebsten würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben, aber leider muss man einen Stern auswählen, sonst kann man keine Bewertung schreiben. Ware kam verspätet, beschädigt und teilweise defekt an: falsches Band geliefert, LED-Kette funktioniert nicht und überall Glitzer verteilt. Zusätzlich muss man die Rosen selbst zusammenbauen, was vorher nicht klar kommuniziert wurde. Der Kundenservice von forlovever ist extrem frustrierend: Statt Verantwortung zu übernehmen, wird die Rückerstattung verweigert und man soll den Artikel auf eigene Kosten teuer nach China zurückschicken. Für mich wirkt das absolut unseriös. Klare Warnung an andere Käufer: Lieber woanders bestellen und sich den Ärger sparen.

Horrific service
I placed an order at the beginning of December and this item has not yet been delivered. I paid for Guaranteed Christmas delivery and also the additional insurance for worry free delivery. I at first tried to give the company the benefit of the doubt as Christmas time they are bound to be busy but when it got to middle of January and no hoodie I contacted them again to be told I just had to wait and they couldn’t get the tracking company to update the details. I contacted PayPal after the 28 days of consumer law guidance and asked them to intervene and surprise surprise as soon as PayPal asked the company over night the tracking info was changed to delivered but still no hoodie. I emailed this company everyday since the item said it was delivered they are unable to provide proof of delivery as apparently no photo was taken. No it wasn’t because it was never delivered. The ridiculous requests they have asked from me, can I take a photo of my door?? What will that prove. Go to the police and report it as a crime. Ask the delivery company for a letter to say it wasn’t delivered. Check my mail box to make sure it’s not there the list is endless. They acknowledged on numerous occasions my frustration of not receiving the product and everyday I was offered something different. A 75% refund and a new item if I paid the postage of 20 USD. A new item if I contributed to the delivery. 30% off a future purchase the list is endless. At this point after 2 months and still no item I went back to PayPal who investigated further and found in my favour and refunded my money. The company is now asking me to withdraw my complaint with PayPal and they will give me a new hoodie free of charge and extra gifts for free and hopefully leave them a good review when I receive my gifts. I won’t be bribed. PayPal have advised that they are watching this company closely and potentially cease links either them if they continue to break consumer law.
