No results,waste of money
Had a facelift and necklift which gave no results in 2024.The techniques they offer are superficial and short lived. The smas facelift is just a plication with a lateral pull. You will be pulled horizontally,no lift at all. The "necklift" is a suture suspension,or a limited lateral platysma suspension necklift if you want to get technical. if you have a turkey neck it will not fix it. Both these procedures offer limited results that will not last the first year . As you can see from their before and after photos on their site, there results are underwhelming. I made a very expensive mistake choosing this clinic, and I regret it so much. The techniques they use are not suitable to address the kinds of concerns women in their 40's upwards have. You will be left like me, £6000 pounds down with the same sagging face and neck. The techniques they use also cause long lasting issues. The facial tissues are not supported fully which creates uneven tension. My own personal experience of this has left me with extremely scarred ears and detachment of the earlobes which are also hypertrophic. My face shows a lateral sweep line on both sides. My permanent sutures are palpable and very close to my skin. The sides of my face are still numb 2 years later. The contours of my face are very flat and look off. This is mainly due to the tension being put on the plication by the rest of my face sagging. Imagine the sides of your face feeling tight and rigid but your skin is saggy, that's how I am now. I have two sutures in my neck that cause constant irritation,yet my turkey neck looks worse than ever. They overcharge and under deliver, and when you express your disappointment they just upsell you the procedure you should have had in the first place, the exact procedure you probably thought you'd already paid for. Do not go here if you want results. Do your homework, do not make the same mistakes as me and think they want the best outcome for you.

5-Star Review I honestly cannot recommend **Praga Medica, Forme Clinic and Dr Radek Lhtoksy enough**. I recently travelled to Prague alone for my breast augmentation, and I can genuinely say that from start to finish, the whole experience was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t be happier with my decision or with my results. I’m a **nurse myself**, so I naturally have very high expectations when it comes to patient care, professionalism, hygiene, communication and clinical standards. I can honestly say I was **so impressed and genuinely amazed** by the level of care I received throughout. Every member of staff was incredibly professional, kind and attentive, and I always felt completely safe and looked after. The nurses at forme Clinic were absolutely fantastic. They were so friendly, caring and reassuring, and their English was excellent, which made communication incredibly easy. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, especially as I had travelled **completely alone**. Despite being on my own, I never felt alone or unsupported at any point. The communication and commitment from **Praga Medica was second to none especially Jana, From the initial consultation and planning right through to my surgery and aftercare, they were always incredibly helpful, responsive and reassuring. I felt informed every step of the way, which gave me so much confidence and made travelling abroad for surgery feel far less daunting. A huge thank you also to **Dr Radek Lhtoksy**. I am absolutely thrilled with my breast augmentation and the results have exceeded my expectations. I felt listened to and understood, and I had complete confidence in his expertise and professionalism. I am genuinely so happy with the outcome. Travelling abroad for surgery, particularly travelling alone, can understandably feel like a huge decision, but the entire team made the experience so smooth, comfortable and reassuring. As a nurse, I really appreciated the high standard of care and attention to detail, and I was honestly amazed by how well everything was organised. I would **100% recommend Praga Medica, Reforme Clinic and Dr Radek Lhtoksy** to anyone considering breast augmentation. I genuinely could not fault my experience and would make the exact same decision again in a heartbeat. **Thank you so much to the whole team for looking after me so incredibly well!** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an upper blepharoplasty in March 2026…
I had an upper blepharoplasty in March 2026 with Dr Pavel Xinopulos. The whole experience was fantastic from the nurses, reception staff and surgery team. Everything was explained very clearly and also during the operation I was kept informed about what was happening. Post operation Dr Xinopulos is always happy to receive update photos and gives feedback on the progress. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Formè clinic for this procedure.

I had a mommy make- over with Dr…
I had a mommy make- over with Dr Michael Dychus which included a tummy tuck - breast reduction with uplift and Lipo on my hips and back . He was exceptional and professional throughout and I’m very happy With the results (3 weeks in) - also the other doctors I seen before hand really put me at ease right before my surgery, it all went over so quickly I was back in my room in no time . The clinic is very relaxing and clean . I stayed there for 3 nights - all of the nurses were very friendly, and really pushed me to get back on my feet which I needed! My room had everything I needed in there including Netflix. The bed was really comfortable. The food was good although I could not eat much the days following my surgery . I couldn’t fault this place in any way!
