I was already a paying FPRO customer. I purchased one of their products as a gift for my nephew and spent approximately €70 with the company. Until I actually needed customer support, I had no reason to leave FPRO a negative review. My experience changed after the 14-day Premium trial automatically converted into a paid subscription and I was charged an additional €25.99. If you are considering buying from FPRO, my first advice is to pay very close attention to the Premium trial and its cancellation deadline. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it automatically becomes a paid subscription. I understand that this is their policy. What I dislike is the customer experience this model creates: something presented as a free trial requires you to remember a cancellation deadline or you are automatically charged. In my case, when I became aware of the €25.99 charge, I contacted FPRO. I explained that I did not want to continue with Premium and that the paid subscription period had not been used at all. They cancelled future renewals but refused to refund the €25.99. The way they handled my complaint is the main reason for this 1-star review. I contacted FPRO several times and raised specific points: the paid period had not been used, I contacted them after becoming aware of the charge, and I was already an existing customer who had spent approximately €70 on their product. Instead of meaningfully addressing those points, I repeatedly received essentially the same answer: the trial had ended before cancellation, so no refund would be issued. They responded to my emails, but I did not feel that the substance of my complaint was actually being addressed. The experience felt rigid, repetitive and impersonal. This was particularly disappointing because FPRO's marketing communication creates a very different impression. I received an email signed by Darius, FPRO's CEO, saying that if anything “did not feel right”, I should reply and that he personally reads those messages. I took that invitation seriously and replied explaining exactly what had gone wrong. It made no meaningful difference. I continued receiving the same position from support. At the same time, FPRO continued sending me promotional communications. That contrast was frustrating: very personal and attentive messaging when communicating as a brand, but a very different experience when I actually needed my complaint to be considered individually. There is also something I believe people reading FPRO's reviews should know. FPRO sent me an email titled “Happy? Satisfied? ✅”, inviting me to rate my experience from 1 to 5 stars. I checked the actual links behind each star: 1, 2 or 3 stars → private Google Form 4 or 5 stars → In other words, clicking one of the three lower ratings did not take me to, while clicking 4 or 5 stars did. These were the actual links in the email FPRO sent me. I raised this point directly with FPRO in my complaint. They did not address it in their response. I won't speculate about why their review invitation is structured this way. I think people reading reviews here can draw their own conclusions. My 1-star rating is therefore not simply about €25.99. It reflects the complete experience: an automatically converting Premium trial, an unused paid period that FPRO refused to refund, repetitive customer-service responses that did not meaningfully address the specific circumstances I raised, the contrast between their CEO's personal-sounding marketing and my actual support experience, and a review invitation where lower and higher ratings led to different destinations. Before this happened, I had spent around €70 with FPRO and had no reason to be dissatisfied with the company. After seeing how they handled a relatively small problem when I actually needed customer service, I will not buy from FPRO again. If you are considering FPRO, pay close attention to the Premium subscription terms and cancellation deadline, and make your own judgement about the customer service experience described above.

The app and subscription management are a complete maze. They advertise a 14-day free trial for the premium tier, but since the physical product arrived a week late, half the trial period was already wasted. They claimed the premium activation code would be in the box, but it was nowhere to be found. Trying to set this up for an anxious child with no clear instructions was extremely frustrating, so I ended up just purchasing the premium subscription outright. One week later, I was charged again. When I reached out to customer service to refund the duplicate charge, they refused—even though I was already paying for an active subscription. I ended up paying €75 in subscription fees for content you can easily find online for free. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I am very disappointed with the application and customer service. Since 3 months i am trying to fix issue with the app. I bought the whole package for my sons birthday. The application was working maybe for a week time. I couldn't access it from another phone, therefore you can only use it on a single device. Moreover we got kicked out of the application and when i tried to write the access code one again it didn't allow me to go through. I am waiting for few months to resolve the problem, howeve nobody is replying to my emails and there is no other way to contact the support. I am very unsatisfied with the product! It was supposed to be a great gift but since 3 moths the mat is lying down and my son cannot make any trainings:(

Don't bother buying this overpriced mat, ball and app. What is the point if all they care is to sell you and ignore you once they have your money.

I do not recommend this company. There is no support whatsoever. The app doesn't work, and despite sending several emails, I haven't received a single reply. There is no way to get in touch with the company. I'm returning the product. Don't waste your time or your money.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
