Love Shopping at Free People Movement
Excellent place to shop: amazing clothes for working out or to wear casually, super comfortable and awesomely stylish (I receive so many compliments when wearing), and terrific place to shop at Mall in Columbia, Maryland. Super helpful stylists there, with excellent recommendations of what looks best on me! Thanks to everyone who works there! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cannot love this store enough in June found location in palm beach Florida have been there at least five times including 8-25-2026 Met Amber that day absolutely love her happiness her laughter just genuine person, she helped me put together outfits,, has definite style of clothing,, I will be back!!! I’ve downloaded your app thanks again

Customer service absent or rude, my order was never delivered. Failed twice. I had to fight for a refund for first one, second simply never changed tracking status. Nobody available on the chat. No responses.

I shopped at Freepeople in Portland
I shopped at Freepeople in Portland, Oregon in mid-July 2026. It was an outstanding experience for me! I met Natasha, Paige and Jen who were extremely customer service-oriented, friendly and professional. I live in San Diego and had only shopped on-line in the past. I purchased two different colognes that smell amazing (Maison Louis Marie No. 14 and DedCool), a pair of jeans, a jacket and two shirts. I LOVE all of my items from the Portland, Oregon store as well as the summer pieces I've purchased on line in the past. I will definitely be visiting the San Dieigo stores in the future. Thank you so very much!

Their customer service is probably one of the worst I have experienced so far. We got a product sent to us that was discolored, like it had been used and it didn´t go away after washing. When I reached out to them about it directly when we received the product they agreed on a discount and that I only had to send them pictures and they would get back about the discount. I sent the pictures as agreed and I get respons from them several times asking about pictures of the package ( after almost 1 week and of c I didnt keep the package since we were told we had to) and then also other mails after 2 weeks or more that they cannot find any pictures. They dont seem to keep their communication with customers and new people keep reaching out. i am done, this is far too time consuming. I guess that is their way to deal with unsatisfied customers. So frustrated!
