I placed an order in July and never got…
I placed an order in July and never got it...they won't contact me back. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. There customer service is horrible...I am out my money plus the product that I ordered because it was never delivered. It's sad they won't get back to you when you try to contact their customer service. I wouldn't order from them again.

The return policy sucks/Booty material thin
The return policy sucks . The legging roll down in the waist. Within two hours, a hole came in one of my legging. Booty material is thin. Bad experience with this company. I bought 3 pair of leggies. One got a hold the other two I gave away because I do not want to support this company.

Excellent customer service response
I ordered the leggings in a buy 2 get three deal. It took about 10 days to get my order. I ordered a medium based on the sizing measurements provided. I totally missed that these were compression leggings. When I tried them on they were uncomfortable…I needed less compression. I immediately emailed IONIX LAB and advised them of the problem, could I please exchange them for a size L. Within 24 hours I received an email saying they have shipped the replacement leggings! I received them a week later! I haven’t had them for very long so I can’t comment on the leggings but I can say their customer service rocks! I will comeback and update my opinion on the leggings

Impressed with CS
Loved the feeling when wearing the leggings. I got three pairs so I can wear them regularly, washed them by hand so they last longer and after the first wash a pair had the seam open up. I was very disappointed because I live the feel but customer service refunded me immediately. I’m impressed with the company, communicated updates regularly and followed up on the product a week after receiving. I wish the seams wouldn’t have fallen apart

I placed an order in July
I placed an order in July. They claimed it was delivered early Aug. I was home all day, no deliveries. No porch pirates. I contested the delivery confirmation stating it was in fact not delivered. They stated they would send me proof of delivery from their shipping company. Photos were of a mailbox, a street and entry to a home, none of which were mine. I sent them photos of my mailbox, street and entry of the home. None matched theirs. I again stated I did not receive their product and wanted a refund. After a week they sent a question of which did I want, a refund or a replacement. I stated I wanted a refund. A week later I inquired again, asking about the refund. A week later they responded that they were waiting for their shipper to respond to them. A couple of days later they sent me a message to call their shipper and file a claim with them. Odd that it wasn't a toll free number, but I called it, and its an invalid number. They fill my mailbox every day with promotional material, but they string me along with my refund on a product I doubt personally they ever shipped.
