Total waste of credits: charged 1,000 tokens for ZERO generated videos! I strongly advise against using this service. My experience was a complete disappointment and a total waste of resources. The platform claims to generate video content, including Image-to-Video features. In reality, it simply drains your balance in the background. Every generation attempt silently burns 300 tokens, and the final output is absolutely nothing—just errors, infinite loading, or blank results. I tried generating a video from an image, but the tool failed completely. In total, the service deducted 1,000 tokens without producing A SINGLE finished video. It feels like an unfinished, buggy product that charges users for clicking a button rather than delivering an actual result. Tokens should only be charged upon a successful generation. Bottom line: Don't waste your time or money. Until they fix the generation stability and refund/charging logic, stay away from this tool.

Bought two pairs of adjustable bifocals…
Bought two pairs of adjustable bifocals that actually work, but they signed me up for some renewing subscription that I did not agree too. $25/mth! I just cancelled it. Careful when dealing with them, the contact -Jasmine - was very nice about cancelling my subscription but no option to credit me the $50.00 paid.

They keep charging my debit card $24.99 every month!!
They keep charging my debit card $24.99 a month! I do not have a subscription with these people! I have emailed them multiple times, to no avail. I don't even know who they are! Now, I will have to dispute the charges, and wait 7 to 10 days for my new debit card to arrive!! When I have emailed them, they claim that they are not Lumina, then they send me a broken link to the "real" Lumina! I live on a meager SSDI check that I get once a month! $24.99 is taking the food out of my mouth!! SCAMMERS!!! FRAUDSTERS!! THIEVES!!!

Never buy anything from them. Never work with them.
Absolutely horrible staff. The women working in this company, acting like "outreach" and "customer support" not only do not know how to communicate, but they will ghost for no reason. Never ever work with them and never submit any of your personal information to them. They are scammers and their products also don't work. For example, I could never download the app. Do my favour, find another company that sells similar hologram products. If you are a manager working for this company or the founder. You must immediately fire these outreach ladies and replace them with people who actually know how to communicate with their customers. Absolute disgrace.
