Can’t say enough great things about the…
Can’t say enough great things about the customer service and their product. I have now used Walldrop for two of my businesses and it looks incredibly professional. People in meetings ask and comment about the background all the time! I even made an error with my order and when I addressed it with their service team they immediately corrected my error with no hassle whatsoever. Great customer service at a time where it has slipped almost everywhere else. Highly recommend.

Finally, a Video Backdrop That Matches the Rest of My Brand
If your team spends any real time on video calls, Walldrop is worth knowing about. I had them produce a custom-branded virtual backdrop for my company, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The library of base designs is genuinely extensive, the design team turned my logo into something polished and on-brand rather than just slapping it onto a template, and the turnaround was fast. The whole process felt professional in a way that's surprisingly rare for this kind of service. Highly recommended for anyone who wants their video presence to look as considered as the rest of their brand.

Terrible
Terrible. I'm a small business and was hoping to find a resource to create a branded background. The results were terrible. I created a better looking background myself and wanted a service that would do a better job than me. Yes, they offer to modify but who has the time to go back and forth when it starts out as less than average quality? BTW, their FB advertisements appear to have fake purchased endorcements. And, they don't refund! $49 is not going to kill me by far, but save your money and do it yourself, go with an indepent consultant from fiverr or upwork.
