I am writing this to warn everyone. Do not waste your money on GGDrop. A while ago, I was lucky enough to win a case worth around $90. Right after this win, my account was instantly banned. When I contacted support, they hit me with a generic template saying I "violated the project rules" via multi-accounting, claiming it was a permanent ban with no right to appeal. Here is the truth: my internet provider uses CGNAT (shared IP technology). This means hundreds of people in my area share the exact same external IP address. My friend happens to use the same provider, which triggered their automated system. I explained this from a technical standpoint and offered to undergo full identity verification (KYC) to prove that my friend and I are two completely different, real people. Support didn't care at all. They refused to even look into the issue and simply confiscated my $90 win. They just use the shared IP excuse to ban users who actually win something valuable. Complete scam. Avoid at all costs!

I have deposited over $5,000 on this website over the past 6 months. One of the main reasons I kept depositing was a promotion that rewarded high-tier users with a daily €5 balance. As soon as I reached the required volume, they completely removed the promotion without any prior notice or compensation.When I contacted their support, their response was incredibly arrogant, basically telling me "it's your choice" and refusing to provide any loyalty compensation or escalate the issue to a manager. They bait you to deposit thousands of dollars with promises of rewards, and once they have your money, they change the rules. Absolute scam behavior towards VIP customers. Avoid this site, they do not respect loyal players.

This site is clearly a scam. Dont ever enter in this site or try to, you get always shitty skins just to make sure you dont withdraw at first chance, so you go to an upgrade, where you get 20 reds in a row just to disgrace your soul. Also their support are always a bunch of bots, so when you need any kinda of help, they dont answer you anything clear. NEVER GO TO IT.
