A crappy, crooked hat, and crickets from their customer support.
I ordered 2 hats, and they did arrive, although the package was from AliExpress, so I think that Ghelter is just a cover or something. The quality was total crap, even though the price wasn't particularly cheap. I got a cowboy hat that was totally crooked, and felt like it was made out of cardboard. They apparently don't reply to emails, because I sent one to their customer support a week ago, then followed up 2 days ago and got crickets. I wish I would have read the reviews here before placing my order. It feels like this is just a scam.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Hat was poor quality material and badly made, drop shipped from China and shipping took more then a month instead of the 5 to 10 days advertised. Also incurred an extra €13:50 custom charge bringing the total paid for the hat to 45.00; about 40 euro more then it's worth. Hat was crushed when it arrived because it was not packed properly. Unwearable. Ghelter is a scam. Avoid it.

No compres nunca en Ghelter
No compres nunca en Ghelter. He comprado un gorro por más de 50e. Llevo esperando un mes. Vivo en Países Bajos. Usan el logo de la página oficial post.nl. Pero no lo es. Luego se dirige a una página postnl.post. y no hay track&trace. O sea es un fishing, un fraude. Una pérdida de dinero y tiempo. ¡No lo hagas!

Min cap nåede aldrig frem. Blev væk under leveringen. Skrev til supporten og to dage efter var min ordre refunderet. Ingen spørgsmål og uendelige procedurer. Det er service og et firma der er helt i top i forhold til deres kunder. Jeg er super tilfreds 🏆🎉👍

WARNING
WARNING: They are a scam! (I would give them less than 1 star, but that was the lowest option available) As others have said; they are an absolute scam. The scam-detection.com website says they are a legit company - yes, they are a legit scam! Ghelter is an absolute scam in addition to all the other negative things people have warned about them. Unfortunately, I didn't do my diligent research before purchasing the products, and I have paid the price. I ordered 2 hats and only one was delivered, which I found out that I could get similar or better on Amazon or E-Bay. And, instead of delivering the other half of my order, they kept sending emails reminding me that I had left/forgotten the second item behind in my order cart, and warning me to finalize my purchase before it's too late. Yes, I have contacted them about the missing other half of my order, but naturally they did not respond to my reaching out because they are scammers. Instead they continued sending reminder emails about the missing half of my original order that I had already paid for anyway, as well as additional emails about other offers that I don't want. I have since blocked them because I don't thing selecting the 'unsubscribe' option will stop them from sending further emails. Alas, unfortunately they now have my name, address, email, and bank card details. So, the takeaway-point is: DON'T go there to start with. DON'T give them your email address. And for goodness sake - DON'T ever purchase anything from them!
