BUYERS BEWARE!
BUYERS BEWARE!! Ordered two hats from hatbor.com. They arrived in a plastic mailing envelope, one on top of the other with some type of plastic mold on the top hat to keep it from getting crushed. The plastic mold did not help at all. Both hats were crushed and the brims were folded/crushed due to the improper shipping container. The hats I received did NOT look anything like the hats pictured in their advertisement. Cheap, crappy, Chinese junk! I tried emailing but the address doesn’t work! Please read the other negative reviews for this company! Don’t waste your time or money! You will be sorry!

Would put 0 stars if I could. I ordered the John Marston hat, they sent a completely different hat than the one on the site and the quality was terrible. Then they refused to give me any more than a 5% refund, which after three months of back and forth over email, I managed to turn into a 15 % refund. Disgusting how they've clearly used a photo of someone else's handmade hat and think they can just send their customers a completely different hat and expect them to be fine with it. Maybe if it was £3 but I paid £50 for this thing that I could have got in a fancy dress shop.

Bought three hats 2 stratliners abd a navy homburg..Stratliners got two same colour..brown..ordered a sage and a brown..there wearable but the homburg is very very poor...loiks like it was won at a fairground...navy blue? No more a mid blue..and really poor quality..search better or known makers and pay the money!...dont waste money to be disappointed..

Cap advertised as Leather, was PVC
Bought a bakers-boy cap that was advertised as cowhide. It took weeks to arrive and was nothing like the advertised item. It was very poor quality made from PVC and too small. This Co. has a fake shopfront and the goods are cheap versions of the ones advertised. It’s based in China which is not clear when purchasing. I emailed them with my complaint and got a standard reply of 10% refund and I could keep the USELESS cap. I would get a full refund if I returned it but would have to pay the postage and the possibility of excise duty. Some chance. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS, ITS A SCAM. May 26
