Excellent after sales service
I purchased the Endosculptor mainly to help with my facial massage routine. Unfortunately, after a couple of months, it stopped working after its first recharge. However, I was very impressed with GlideLif’s customer support. They responded quickly, handled my case professionally, and promptly sent me a replacement device. Although I experienced an issue with the original unit, the excellent after-sales service made the experience a positive one. Overall, I’m satisfied with the support I received and appreciate the company’s commitment to its customers.

Meine Mutter hat das Gerät zum Geburtstag bekommen. Die ist so was von zufrieden und begeistert. Und das Gesicht ist nach der Prozedur viel strahlen geworden. Absolute 5 Sternen 👌

Deceitful! Crappy Device!
I originally was just looking at their devices with no intention to buy but when I left their site I got a bank alert that I had been charged for the Glidelif Multi-Beauty Wand so I immediately canceled didn't hear anything back from them and then I came here and saw the Warning on top in red saying that "This company's rating is unavailable due to breach of guidelines." and then read how hard it is to return, terrible customer service, and they don't refund or replace anything so I decided to cancel the cancelation even though I never agreed in the first place to purchase it but I thought what if they never return my money its better to have something than nothing! ( So of course when I decide to cancel the cancelation thats when I hear something from them saying "Thank you for deciding to keep the Glidelif Multi-Beauty Wand" 🙄!!)So here I am stuck with this SORRY CRAPPY DEVICE! Because that's what it is! Becareful when visiting their site you might get charged without even knowing. ***How are you going to tell me I purchased this crap, that is exactly why I left your website because I didn't like anything I saw. I did not at the time have money for this. So this is exactly why after 2 months I decided to write this review to tell buyers to beware of your fraudulent activity!* ***Below is the email I had sent to cancel and ad you can see they only responded when I said I was going to keep it.*** -------- Original message -------- From: GLIDELIF Support Date: 5/5/26 9:35 AM (GMT-06:00) To: Monica Martinez < Subject: Re: CANCEL ORDER We’re glad to hear that you decided to keep your order — great choice. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to reach out. Have a wonderful day! ****Interestingly, my initial cancellation request went entirely ignored. I only received a response after I reluctantly sent a follow-up saying I would keep the order (which I only did out of fear of losing my money). It is clear they only prioritize communication when a sale is made, when it benefits them! ****And I just send them an email like they said "They genuinely want to make it right" but of course I haven't heard anything back and doubt I will!

Very unsanitary/ unhygienic endosculptor
Sorry….. i totally disagree. The product itself is not bad. It’s about the ENDOSCULPTOR. But it’s a hassle to clean! When you invented this product (or adapted an existing product) you didn’t think about any sanitary precautions. This device is not hygienic because you cannot clean the surfaces in between. And water running by it; not truly touching the spots in between. Hmmm hard pass for me. So i have only used it a few times; but there is no need for pimples or dirt building of any kind, so I am out, for this one. If you thought about this product as a solitary person, okay. If you created this product with a team; please do better! I don’t understand why you forgot that cleaning and a hygienic device are not necessary. //////// Reaction: Rinse it underwater. Haha, yeah, tried that one as well. How about rinsing in between. How to do that? It’s impossible to clean “the nooks and crannies”. And rinsing with water, that doesn’t clean all the bacteria’s well…..

If there’s a zero, that would be my rating. Run away from this company because they’re a scam. I live in the Uk and just bought from them in June 2026 on this fake sale. I decided to return one item and customer service gave me a return address in Romania. I was wondering why return was Romania. Anyway, the parcel force partners have made attempts twice and no response. This address is a scam too. No one to collect the items back. This doesn’t seem like a genuine company. I have tried to contact Shop because the order was from them. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow.
