Did they deliver my order to ghosts?!
I purchased 4 quantities of 'Green Monster Premium Collagen 5000' under a 'Free Shipping' offer on their website. However, upon arrival, DHL suddenly demanded unexpected customs fees and extra delivery charges to my town. When I refused to pay, Olive Young Store officially instructed them to destroy my package instead of returning it to Korea. And to make matters even worse, they kept my money and updated the tracking status to 'Delivered' in their system. Unless they handed my order to ghosts, I received absolutely nothing! I strongly advise all GCC customers never to trust this store or buy from it.

This was my first order from Olive…
This was my first order from Olive Young Global, and unfortunately, it will be my last. My package was held in customs in Italy. DHL contacted me in Italian, and although I explained that I did not understand Italian and asked to communicate in English, the call was ended. I then contacted DHL by email on July 22, but never received a response. My package was returned to Olive Young on July 28 without any warning or notification. I contacted Olive Young Customer Service, explained everything, and asked for a refund or reshipment. They refused both, stating that customs procedures were my responsibility. I understand that customs clearance may be the customer’s responsibility, but I do not believe it is fair to keep a customer’s payment when the products were never delivered, especially when I actively tried to resolve the issue and received no response from DHL. Olive Young has also failed to explain why DHL ignored my email or why I was not notified before the package was returned. I paid for products I never received, and Olive Young chose to provide neither the products nor my money back. I strongly recommend being cautious when placing an international order with Olive Young.

I placed my order on 28 July 2026 and it arrived on 3 August 2026. Throughout the journey, I had DHL Express tracking available and today I received a WhatsApp message confirming a two-hour delivery time. Everything arrived undamaged which was reassuring. I’ll definitely be ordering again as there’s no extra duty on orders under £135.

PUNTI POSITIVI -ho ordinato il 14 luglio, il 18 hanno spedito e il 20 è arrivato tutto in perfette condizioni -i prodotti che ho ordinato non si trovavano su nessun’altro sito, hanno tantissima scelta -ottimi sconti sul sito, il mio ordine a prezzo intero stava sui 105€ e coi coupon l’ho pagato 55€ PUNTI NEGATIVI - nonostante il sito ti dica che non ci sono spese doganali, mi sono arrivati da pagare 43€ senza i quali non mi sarebbe arrivato, che su 55€ euro di ordine è follia. TIRANDO LE SOMME Ordinerei di nuovo da questo sito solo mi servisse qualcosa di 100% introvabile altrove, tutti questi dazi non valgono la pena. Dicono l’assistenza sia inesistente, fortunatamente non mi è servita
