Defensive and argumentative customer service

I received a wrongly labelled size, and asked for a free return. The customer service agent was rude, defensive and argumentative and refused to refund the postage, even when shown evidence they are wrong. I will NEVER buy from them again.

We respectfully disagree with this review because it contains factual inaccuracies. We provided with product photos, measurements, specifications, order records and our full correspondence with the customer. These documents demonstrate that the correct product was supplied exactly as ordered and that the statements made in this review are not supported by the facts. reviewed all of the evidence we submitted. However, under their policies, they do not decide factual disputes between businesses and customers, so the review remains published. We also offered the customer a full refund (!) upon return of the product, including reimbursement of the return postage (!), but this offer was declined. Our policy is simple and applies equally to every customer. We do not provide free products or issue refunds without the return of the goods simply because of negative reviews or pressure placed on our business. We believe this is the fairest approach for all of our customers. Since 2009, we have remained committed to accurate product descriptions, transparent communication and fair customer service for every customer.

Thank you for your review Annette Caroline Sulger. We would like to clarify the actual course of events. You first opened a PayPal case claiming that the item had not been received. In the PayPal case, a different item was listed from the one that had actually been ordered. You later confirmed to us in writing that the ordered and dispatched item had arrived. You then explained that you had actually wanted a different item and asked to receive a more expensive product for the price of the item originally ordered. After we declined this request, you also demanded a free return label. There was neither an incorrect delivery nor a product defect. The exact item ordered was delivered. For a voluntary return, the return conditions accepted at the time of purchase apply. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We reject any practice where, after successful delivery, an attempt is made to recover the purchase price, keep the goods, or obtain an additional financial advantage. Such practices may sometimes be encouraged by automated refund processes on large platforms, but we review claims based on the actual order, shipping and communication records. We have the complete order history, PayPal documentation and your written confirmation that the goods were received. Our return conditions apply equally to all customers. Nachdem wir dies abgelehnt hatten, verlangten Sie zusätzlich ein kostenloses Rücksendeetikett. Es lag weder eine Falschlieferung noch ein Produktmangel vor. Geliefert wurde genau der bestellte Artikel. Für eine freiwillige Rücksendung gelten unsere beim Kauf akzeptierten Rücksendebedingungen. In diesem Fall trägt der Kunde die Rücksendekosten Wir lehnen jede Vorgehensweise ab, bei der nach erfolgter Lieferung versucht wird, den Kaufpreis zurückzuerhalten, die Ware zu behalten oder nachträglich einen zusätzlichen finanziellen Vorteil zu erhalten. Solche Praktiken mögen bei großen Plattformen teilweise durch automatisierte Rückerstattungen begünstigt werden, bei uns werden Reklamationen jedoch anhand der tatsächlichen Bestell-, Versand- und Kommunikationsdaten geprüft. Die vollständige Bestellhistorie, die PayPal-Unterlagen und Ihre schriftliche Bestätigung über den Erhalt der Ware liegen uns vor. Unsere Rücksendebedingungen gelten für alle Kunden gleichermaßen. Good customer service!

I ordered a dog harness and lead from this company and they emailed me a few days later stating that the harness was not in stock. They gave me an option of a full refund or I could choose something else and they would give me 20% compensation from that order for my inconvenience. What excellent customer service! I've never used this company before, but i will again and I would recommend them.

A recently bought 2 harnesses, 2 leads, and 2 collars from the Red Dingo range. The price was good, and communication was fantastic. It all arrived today and the dogs love them ❤️ I will use this company again, just allow time for shipping if you need items urgently as not UK based, but perfect 👌
