I signed up for a rolling 1 month…
I signed up for a rolling 1 month subscription, I didn't receive the advertised extra Grúmm box. Despite requesting to cancel my subscription, I am being charged for 2 further months! My account still doesn't confirm my cancellation, I will therefore need to ask my bank to get involved. Poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend.

Glossybox customer service is non existent
I used glissybox about 2 years ago and enjoyed it for a couple of months and cancelled m subscription easily. I recently tried this again but the products were not good and when I’ve tried to cancel I can not get hold of anyone on there message service, email or phone number. It’s an absolute scam, worst beauty subscription on the go at this time.

Absolute scam!
Absolute scam!! I signed up for a 1 year subscription after receiving a promotional offer for a free additional box and cosmetic bag plus discounted first box. Firstly I was charged full price, then the free gifts did not arrive. When I complained and asked to cancel, they said I'm committed to a year subscription and they don't intend to honour their promotion. DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS SCAM COMPANY!

Poor product and they will not let you leave!
Value and standard of box has declined dramatically over the last 24 months. Decided to cancel, first was offered a free box if I agree to subscribing for another 12 months or alternatively can cancel. Told them to continue with cancelation. Then they came back saying I was still in 12 month contract and cannot cancel which is ridiculous. No option to stop auto renewal, nothing ever suggested that after the initial 12 months you then get stuck signing up again, after all you don't get any extra incentive. Well I have cancelled my PayPal payment, removed any payment cards. DO NOT SIGN UP.

Keep taking money after cancellations.
I cancelled my subscription and they sent me another box. I cancelled it for the second time and again they’ve taken money out of my account. They’ve also just sent me another box after I’ve had 2 confirmations over the last 4 months that they’ve cancelled my account. I keep being told to contact them but they’ve cancelled my account with them so I can’t. I can’t cancel the payments without contacting them as my bank says it a subscription and it doesn’t show on my bank Also they have replied and haven’t actually sent me a message.
