Everything worked perfectly
Everything worked perfectly: the car was available on time and exactly the type of car we needed for our trip. Pick-Up and retour were smooth und quick. Company could be reached well in case of questions and provided quickly the information needed.

Horrible experience.
Horrible experience. They did not have the vehicle we reserved or a reasonable equivalent when we arrived to pick up. Had reseved a 4x4 to be able to drive F roads and do smaller river crossings and instead was given a city suv with low clearance that was not a 4x4. Also, I had chosen to go with them because wifi was part of the (more expensive) rental price when compared to another company I had originally booked with. But they didnt have any wifi devices available to give us. The agents were unhelpful despite going back and forth with them multiple times pointing out the issues. They tried to gaslight us that we were getting an "upgrade." The vehicle we received was unnecessarily large for us--7 seats for 2 of us--and more expensive to fuel. It was also not in good condition. One of the seats in the middle was stuck in forward position and unusuable so good thing we didn't actually need the back seats. When we continued to push the agents for a solution, they told us the best they could offer was for us to go to the Reykavik location and try to get an equivalent rental to what we had reserved there instead (way outside of our intended route and would result in 3 hours wasted on getting a vehicle including the more than 1 hour already spent there disputing things). When we said no to that and that we wanted some resolution, we were told to just email the customer sevice account if we were still unhappy. 3 emails sent and no response. Definitely do not recommend them. Use at your own risk. Should have kept my original booking with the other company.

Overall good experience
The shuttle was quick and the driver friendly. The rental was good with no issues. The free coffee station was also nice for tired travellers. To improve, it would be nice to have some information about the camera parking (other customers also complained about unknown tickets and signage isn't always well displayed at lots), to be told about the fuel discount fob, and for the EV hybrid discription on the website to make it clear that the necessary charging cables are not supplied. For anyone renting, consider the Easypark app as they have a 30 day trail to avoid the extra fees with using the parking apps.
