finché non "impazzisse," andava bene. Attualmente: pessima gestione dello spazio e dei file. Google Foto è diventato una trappola per gli utenti. Con la fine dello spazio illimitato, gestire i 15 GB gratuiti è un incubo: non esiste un tasto "Seleziona tutto" per cancellare i file in blocco e, se li elimini dall'app, cancella a tradimento anche le foto sul telefono! Un sistema macchinoso e ingannevole fatto a posta per costringerti a comprare l'abbonamento a Google One.

KItchenAid Customer Service Failure
Purchased a KF3 automatic coffee machine in addition to one I already had. I returned it unopened for a full refund. It was collected in days. After about 3 weeks of chasing for my refund they eventually found that they had put it in the wrong place which is why the refund was not being processed. I have now been chasing for an immediate refund. All I get is emails stating they will refund as soon as possible and without further delay. Trust Pilot reviews are all bad. Not surprising. They produce great machines even though a bit expensive. However their customer service is seriously lacking.

Exceptional Service from First Home Improvements!
I highly recommend First Home Improvements. The entire process was seamless, starting with a highly competitive initial quotation from Earls in sales. Our surveyor, Glenn, then came to have a look, assessed everything perfectly, and showed us the final design plan. The professional installers did a fantastic job fitting our new front door, porch, and patio doors. The entire installation took just a day and a half, and the quality of the work is excellent. There are absolutely no draughts, and the soundproofing is incredible. I can now hardly hear any noise from passing vehicles. A special shout-out to Ben and Ben for doing such splendid work during the installation. They were professional, efficient, and above all, left the premises super nice and clean. They are a credit to First Home Improvements—highly recommendable!

Delivery dates
Delivery dates - I have been messed about since 20.8.26. I called several times and Wayfair customer service agents have not been helpful. They did not listen. They asked me to change the delivery date on line which I did and it was meant to be 23.8.26. Later this was not available and it changed to 24.8.26. As I did not receive a notification of the time, I contacted DHL and I used all of phone allowance while on the phone. I received an email from DHL that they only received one item and the other was not there. I called Wayfair and was told that a manager will contact me. I was given a 10% compensation which is an insult as I had to contact their assembler to reschedule the assembly and bearing in mind that I called multiple times to chase on updates. I looked at their website and it showed that delivery that if I do not receive by 25.8.26 to look at the website. Its appalling. I do not know when I will receive the items.

DPS deposit payment Scheme
I telephoned the DPS as they sent me an email to verify my account and then a text with more information. I double checked everything was correct with the representative agent called Steven who could not have been more helpful. Great efficient professional service. All sorted in 3 minutes. This guy should be running the company, top level customer service
