Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience I’ve been left with no choice but to leave this review after receiving no response to my emails from Googoo for over a month. I have worn hair extensions back-to-back for around 8 years and have never experienced anything like this. Unfortunately, this hair lasted barely a month before deteriorating significantly. I purchased 24” hair and within this short period it had reduced to around 18”, which is completely unacceptable in my experience. I am very familiar with extension aftercare and have followed the recommended aftercare carefully. I have also done everything I possibly could to try and maintain and save the hair. The hair was actually unlooping from the top of the weft, which is something I have never experienced with extensions before. I contacted Googoo regarding the issue and spoke with a woman called Lorraine. I explained that I had purchased the hair specifically because I wanted beautiful hair for my engagement party, and she was very understanding and seemed genuinely willing to help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, after that, the email communication completely stopped. I have now been waiting for over a month with no response. I also contacted them through Instagram and specifically asked them to respond to me via email. They acknowledged my message and said they would assist further through the existing email chain — but once again, I received absolutely nothing. I would have been much more understanding if there had been an issue with a particular batch of hair or if something had gone wrong during manufacturing. These things can happen. What I find most disappointing is the complete lack of communication and customer service when I have tried repeatedly to resolve the issue. Hair is a big thing for me, and after having extensions for around 8 years, I know what good-quality extension hair should look and feel like. I have never been so disappointed with a set of extensions, but the lack of support afterwards has honestly been the worst part of the entire experience. I expected much better from Googoo and would not recommend purchasing from them based on my experience.

I purchased £400 worth of hair it looked fab, after the first wash it went waxy, dry and looked awful, I contacted them asking for advice even though I’ve had extensions for 10 years, I followed it and it just got worse. They offered me £20 back and 20% off, absolute joke, I then asked for a replacement if I couldn’t have a refund , which they declined, so now I’m left £500 out of pocket after having it fitted. Stay away defo a scam site selling low quality hair

great hair extensions if you’re on budget
great hair extensions if you’re on a budget. used for a year before needing to buy replacement which obviously for the price they’re not gonna last long… also yes they shed, this is normal. yes they frizz up if you don’t take care of them. having good hair is high maintenance and if you take good care they last long. i always get compliments when i have them in and they’re easy to style and look great!!
