Sadly will never use them again.
I have worked with Grindstore for many years now and spent over £8K with them. Earlier this year I sent them my portfolio, in the hopes of potentially working together. We discussed how it would be revenue based, products would also be wholesaled out to other businesses too and that they were interested in a handful of my designs. Great I thought. A few weeks later they decided to not move any further with working together due to being too busy. Then this August they released their Halloween collection, which features at least 6 designs recreated from what was in my portfolio. The most obvious designs being A Haunted Home is a Happy Home, Wish You Were Here and If You Were A Pumpkin. I reached out to them to ask about this and was told they didn't use my portfolio and that the designs were created from their team who searches for key phrases to create "unique" work. I would have passed it all off as coincidence, if it wasn't for the fact the designs appeared after they had received my portfolio and also for the fact the designs they released had text in the same place, key parts of the designs are the same etc. The Haunted Home design has the same text placement and ghost placement and is almost an exact copy of the tea towel design that was in my portfolio. I actually really liked Grindstore and thought they were one of the good companies. I have used them to turn my designs into mugs, metal signs, tote bags etc in the past and have been using them for many years. The only issues ive ever had was issues with receiving replies from them to my email (which in the end i created a whole new email address to solve the issue) and the odd damaged mug or print error. Other than that they have been perfect (which is why, even though they've done this, i'm still giving them 2 stars, instead of 1). But after this and then clearly being lied to, I would not recommend any artist or small business using them for their own work. If they can discuss working together and then scrap that potential partnership, use my portfolio to recreate multiple designs and then deny it, i want absolutely nothing to do with them. I was going to just try and move on from what they have done, but I am so upset and angry by it all, that I am making others aware. A total waste of many years already working together and what a way to treat a small business, artist and very loyal customer.

Satisfactory productive and service.
Order was processed quickly and delivered promptly, in good condition. Only gave 4 stars as the item, a humorous mug, was not as brightly coloured as the image depicted but apart from that, everything else was satisfactory!
