Missing item never resolved
Missing item never resolved — over a year later Ordered from GRKC in September 2024 (order #GR33737KC). Two out of three of the items arrived, but a pair of jeans I'd paid for was never sent. Support offered me $115 USD store credit in April 2025 as compensation, which I accepted. But the credit was never actually sent to me and the issue was never resolved. I followed up again in October 2025 and once more in July 2026 (over a year after the original order) to both their support and info addresses. No response to my most recent email. Still waiting on either the item, a refund, or the credit that was promised. Would not order again.

Since last year Im waiting for my items…
Since last year Im waiting for my items and only one arrived. I sent multiples emails for months they responded twice to my first emails but then went silent, they told me that they ran out of stock and wanted to send me random items or different colours or size and avoided my requests for refund. I recently remembered about my order and decided to resend another emails but to my surprise it seem their email adresse doesn't exist anymore… from my experience i recommend not buying from them.

Horrible experience SCAM
Absolutely terrible experience with GRKC. I placed an order 27/11/2025 and paid in full, only to be told afterward that the item I bought (PF V2 Low “Onyx”) is no longer available. Mind that now it’s April 2026 . Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to push me into choosing a different product I never asked for. I clearly requested a full refund — which is the bare minimum in this situation — and since then they have completely ignored my emails. Taking a customer’s money and then going silent when a refund is requested is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. At this point, this feels like they are deliberately avoiding issuing refunds. If you’re thinking of ordering from GRKC, be warned: poor communication, no accountability, and serious issues when it comes to refunds.

Bestellung nie angekommen trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme
Ich habe am 8. Jänner mit der Bestellnummer GR34002KC einen Kauf getätigt. Im Laufe der Zeit hab ich nie ein Update zu meiner Bestellung bekommen und habe am 22. und 26. Jänner euch kontaktiert wie der Prozess gerade ist. Bis heute hab ich nie eine Antwort bekommen und auch meine 172€ sind weg? Vielleicht geht ja diese Rezession an den Support das sie mein Anliegen schnellstens beheben!

SCAM, AVOID THEM
I placed an order in March 2025. After 1-2 months of no updates, I reached out to them and they acknowledged delays and offered options. I agreed to wait because they said they were having warehouse issues. When I later requested a refund in October 2025 as it seems like this order was not going to be fulfilled, they ghosted me and never responded. The order was never shipped and I never received a refund. 1/29/26 Update: They reached out to me on 1/14 after this review. I responded to them the same day, and followed up again 1/25/26. Both times they have not responded LOL. What a joke.
