Keep saying they are getting hllv
Keep saying they are getting hllv. Been waiting to place order for weeks. Support just says coming soon, and the staff are just laughing about it in their discord. Really unprofessional... Update as of 8/20/2026 I do not want anyone from GTX gaming to attempt to contact me or anyone related to me. From what I have seen on other reviews GTX likes to proxy blackmail for people to delete bad reviews.

GTX Gaming has been advertising Hell…
GTX Gaming has been advertising Hell Let Loose Vietnam server hosting on their site, and when I contacted their support to confirm before committing, I was told more than once that it was coming. On that basis I held off from signing with another provider and waited for GTX. The game has now been out five days and there is still no way to order or deploy a Vietnam server. Follow-ups get me another vague assurance with no date and no explanation of what's actually holding it up. That's the problem. Not the delay — delays happen with new titles. The problem is that GTX kept the listing up and kept telling people it was on the way while having nothing to sell. Launch week is when player interest for a new release peaks, and my community spent it sitting on the sidelines because I trusted what their support told me. If someone had just said "we don't have it and we don't know when," I would have gone elsewhere on day one.

James was exceptional and timely and walked me through the steps in case I run into the issue again. He was beyond exceptional and this is such a wonderful experience in comparison to my time with Gportal. James was a 10/10.
