Honestly, this was one of the worst flight experiences I’ve ever had. The service was extremely disappointing. I was skipped twice when they were serving food, and I was left waiting while feeling extremely thirsty. For lunch, they ran out of the chicken option, so I had to take the fish instead. I didn’t want the fish, so I was basically left hungry for a large part of the flight. The plane also stank and was messy, which made the already long flight even more uncomfortable. There was so much noise around me that I didn’t sleep once during the entire flight. Some passengers were also spitting, which made the environment even worse. It honestly felt like the crew cared much more about first-class passengers than economy passengers. For such a long flight, I expected much better service, cleanliness, and basic consideration. 1/10 experience. I would not recommend Gulf Air based on this flight.

Worst experience as they are the no.1 cheaters in my experience. Bloody hells are not even worth for 1 star.Stupid worst cheaters. They told me that they rebooked my return ticket from Thiruvananthapuram to Heathrow in Ethihad and send me false details of booking status and till now these cheater stupids didn’t refunded me.

Never take this airline, even if they offer the cheapest fare on earth. I travel constantly, and this is the first time I have ever felt forced to write a negative review. The staff showed zero sympathy, zero common sense, and frankly for a “wealthy country,” their manners and customer service were shockingly poor.I was travelling with my wife and two babies (1 and 2 years old). On the return flight, they suddenly refused to let my wife board, claiming she was “not fit to fly” because she was pregnant — even though no one asked for any certificate when we flew to Dubai. Only on the way back did they decide to enforce this rule. They sent us to a hospital in the middle of the night, which cost me £320, and by the time we returned, they had closed the gate without a shred of humanity or understanding. I tried to explain, I tried to complain, but speaking to their staff was like talking to a wall. No care, no compassion, nothing.I missed my flight, lost money, and my wife was pushed into anxiety something extremely dangerous for our unborn child. This airline treated us like we were nothing. I expect a refund or compensation for the financial loss and the emotional distress caused by their complete lack of professionalism.

I recently flew Gulf Air Falcon Gold business class from Manila to Bahrain and overall had a very positive experience in the air, but some key premium touches were missing. The cabin crew were amazing – polite, courteous, and a real credit to the airline. The hard product (seat and cabin) was also excellent: comfortable, spacious, and well suited to a long flight. Food was OK but not brilliant; a huge step below the standard I’ve experienced with carriers such as Qatar Airways. The amenity kit was quite basic and, in my view, not really worth providing – more of a token gesture than a genuine premium extra. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of any pre‑departure drink service – no champagne and, in fact, no alcoholic drinks offered before take‑off. For me, this is one of the key elements that makes travelling business class feel special and worth repeating. In addition, there was no Wi‑Fi available at all. If this had been a known technical issue, the cabin crew should have informed passengers; in that case, I would not have felt the need to mention it in this review. I’m less concerned about the amenity kit if that helps keep fares competitive, but omitting pre‑departure champagne and any drink offering before departure, combined with no Wi‑Fi and no clear communication about it, is a significant mistake and detracts from the premium experience Gulf Air is otherwise capable of delivering.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
