The service I got was exceptional when I had troubles getting email of the receipt. Package was packed with care, and they even put corners protectors to nake sure it arrived safely. Would absolutely recommebd

Perfect item and fast shipping
Perfect item and fast shipping. Everithing right as the description. Shipped with tracking. I had to pay importation customs taxes, but it's not a problem of the seller.You have to consider that if you are an internetional buyer;)

Overpriced and misleading stock
Great selection but all kits are at least 10-20% sometimes even more than other online stores. I really dont know why its apparently the number one UK stockist. I advise checking out Hobbyzone, Kidultverse or ilovegunpla for great range and fairer prices. Also their stock shows as available but half the time you click on it and it needs backordered. Will not be using them again. The store reached out to me which I appreciate,but I recieved the strike freedom mgex as a gift from my partner. When checking what she paid as she had got it off your store it was at least £15-20 more than your competitors. All I can say is check your pricing against any of your competition and you will see 99% of the time you are higher by a decent margin. In terms of the backorder situation I do appreciate how it works. But on Google you show as in stock 5 left, for example, then when you click you have no stock and its backorder and arrives in 2 months or whatever. Your stock choice is great just overpriced. Ps on a side note your current YouTube advert music is one of the worst things to happen to humanity, but thats no biggie jist price a bit lower and you would secure me as a customer.

Gunpla San - Hemoxian 1/10 Batman Arkham Knight
Product arrived in undamaged packaging within the time frame estimated at point of purchase. Delivery was by Royal Mail and tracking was provided. This is a birthday gift for my son so the inner box containing the kit pieces has not been opened yet. Hopefully all parts will be present and I'll have a happy son!
